This place is located within Carino’s (Italian restaurant), and only offers take out (no dine-in). Bottom line: wouldn’t go back, unless I have coupon for the place.

I love earing at Famous Dave’s, however this location is horrible. We ordered takeout, when we got back to my semi truck I noticed we were missing the utensils and bbq we had asked for. The coleslaw was very sour tasting. The pork plate had plastic wrap mixed in the food as well as 4 pieces of hard plastic that my husband choked on. Avoid like the plague!

Restaurant was very hard to find it’s located inside another restaurant which is not immediately apparent on the outside there’s no branding. Place an order over the phone they said it would take 15 minutes I drove over to pick up the order and then they said that I had to get up charged for double what I was expecting to pay for ridiculous! I had ordered the $5 brisket sandwich and when I had arrived to pick up my order they said it would be $12 and that special was only available on Wednesdays which was not previously disclosed to me when I placed the order over the phone and then drove there. I complete waste of time would not do business with.

Avoid this place. Had a difficult time finding it and then I go to pick up a $5 brisket sandwich they advertised but they wanted to charge me $12.79. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Ribs were tough, brisket dry and that jalapeño mac and cheese is trash and no hint of spiciness. I’m a truck driver that travels a lot and I’ve only been to one location that had excellent food…that location is in Chicago all others I’ve been to, they are trash but this is location is hands down the worst I’ve ever had. This location should close permanently or retrain the employees or hire new management.

OMG tonight I ordered this place for delivery via the Favor app and they forgot to give me 3 of my side dishes (beans, cole slaw, fries) and something else. Not the best experience but the remaining food tasted fine. I was soo hungry too and it was supposed to be a meal for two people it was disappointing to not receive my full meal. I can only wish that this resturant would work better to TRAIN and closely SUPERVISE their emplpyees to assure consistent food quality control over what their employees are putting in a customer meal bag. I get it the employees are probably careless kids but thats more reason to SUPERVISE and double check their work performance. Had me so upset and let down right before closing hours too. I pray they get their business in order because I love me some BBQ and want them to do better with their service levels.

Spent $52, they forgor my ribs, the 2 pieces of chicken were so dry and old i couldnt even pull the skin off, the ranch dressing was watered down, the dr pepper was watery. Over all, terrible experience. Never famous daves of laredo

I would put zero stars if I could. I ordered for delivery once before, and it kept getting delayed until they finally, at like 8pm, told me my order was cancelled. I am now waiting for an order for them tonight, and it has already been delayed twice. If it’s cancelled again I’m posting a second bad review for this second order.
