Downtown bradenton partaking in the Irish festivities and landed here for some pizzas. We ordered 2.. the Irish pizza with potato, cabbage, corn beef toppings, and a sausage on all with banana peppers on half. The crust were thin (I personally like them a little thicker and less crunchy), but the flavors were fantastic. I was shocked to enjoy the Irish pizza as much as much as I did.

I adore Fav’s normally, so I figured they would be able to handle a simple special order like a hot veggie sub… Instead of cold. The veggie sub is supposed to have Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and black olives, and I added banana peppers for an additional upcharge. When I got the sandwich (which I went and picked it up and brought it home), I opened it because it looked a little thin. There were no green peppers and no mushrooms on it. I called and spoke to the person who made it who swore to me they were there… Hello, I’m looking right at it. If they’re there then they are tiny and so irrelevant to not matter on this sandwich… But she said she’d make me a new one, “if I wanted”. Well, yeah. I want what I paid for. Sometimes we make a mistake, and instead of telling the customer who’s looking right at the product in question that they’re wrong, not you, you should just accept that you messed up. I don’t know when I’ll be back again because of the attitude of that staff person. At least she got it right the second time. I made sure to check before I drove home this time.

We have been looking for a good thin crust pizza with a crunch and have finally found it! The crust is made in house and everything about this pizza was fresh. The waitress and cooks were very friendly and this was a nice casual atmosphere. We’ll be back!

If you’re looking for an amazing atmosphere and a fantastic staff, go here. The olive oil and bread are beyond delicious. The meatballs were awesome. Chicken parm was also great. Personally, the sauce was a bit too sweet for me but my husband suggested it just had a big of “tang” to it and he like it and he does not like sweet sauce either. With that being said that would NOT keep me from going back like most places. I’d really like to try the stromboli next time.
