Can’t make a sandwich correctly…. This location messed up my sandwich my last order. Decided to give them another chance…and I’m sorry I did. My Italian sub had no Italian dressing or spicy mustard, which is typically on there. When I went back in to ask for a side of each to make the sandwich myself, the girl in dark brown ponytail and a black hat started arguing with me. She claimed she put in on there, however, please note my pics… proving otherwise. Then she threw the condiments at me and started muttering under her breath with some rude comment. So moral of the story, if you want your order to be messed up every time and get attitude from staff with every visit, then please order here. If not, I would not suggest this location!!

Great place to eat. Fresh as always here with friendly staff as well. I would have it a 5 but they didn’t have “Gator Hammock”. A staple is the hot sauce they have here oh; and helping out with the first responder community. Always down to donate a few dollars here as well.

Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter. The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error and the managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte.

Every time I come here I order my sandwich without cheese, it even states it on my receipt. Every time they put cheese on it! Do they not read what you request?? $16 for a sandwich and they can’t get it right? I won’t come back.

Walked in during a lunch rush hour on a Monday. I went to use the men’s bathroom. The toilet wasn’t working and they were out of paper towels. I looked but they had no air dryer either. I walked up to the counter and realized there were only 2 employees working and they were understaffed. I patiently waited to tell the girl who I thought was the shift leader/manager about the bathroom. She just looked the other way, almost annoyed. I didn’t take it personal because of the fact they were understaffed, but she didn’t even acknowledge the issue(maybe I wasn’t the first to tell her).
