The food is good. Customer service is horrendous as many have mentioned. My food was prepped and ready for me to pick up, unfortunately no one at the pick up counter acknowledged me for several minutes. Finally the guy at the register asked me my name and low and behind my food was just sitting there. Would have been in and out if there was any semblance of good service. Other times I’m not acknowledged at all while standing there for several minutes. The ladies managing the pick up counter (again, on a different day, refused to acknowledge me) until I spoke up. Sandwich order hadn’t even been prepped. I waited over 30 min for a small sandwich that was supposed to be prepared in 10 min according to their online wait time. Would be incredibly helpful to train the staff to add some level of customer awareness in their service.

This place is simply amazing. We went to Firehouse Subs in Laurel and the customer service wowed us. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The food is fresh and came out fast. Those are by far the best subs we have had and for every purchase, a percentage goes to support the local fire fighters. I highly recommend this location and will return very often.

Pricy for the size of the sub and the amount of meat. Not a value meal but, helps firefighters if you prefer to help them indirectly by purchasing a sub rather than donating to the local VFD (tax deduction). The Italian comes with mustard and mayo. No Italian restaurant would put that on their subs without the customer asking. The mustard is listed on the menu but, not the mayo so make sure to ask for no mayo if you do not want mayo. Also, they do not have cherry pepper relish or bananas peppers, only jalapenos. Different continents.

Over all good sub sandwich, the highlight I must say was the fresh bread! Oh my goodness tastes like it was baked on site! My steak was tender and had a good sirloin taste. My veggies were plentiful and fresh! Great service was ready at exactly 2:30, I ordered online with the app. Very convenient! Each bite had everything in it I recommend the sweet cherry peppers it made my sandwich pop!

First time at establishment… I had a coupon that brought me in. I was able to render with no issues. However, I had to use the restroom and the restroom has a sign stating for staff only. the sign says “please proceed to the available restroom for guests”. I asked about an available restroom and the cashier rudely told me there is no restroom. I asked about other establishments and she said she doesn’t know. I don’t understand how this is an establishment where you can sit and eat, but you cannot use the restroom. I feel like every store run “due to COVID” down to the ground. First and last time at this establishment. Probably won’t even eat the sandwich because the lady who took my payment also helped make my sandwich and did not wash her hands. (they were fully staffed and did not need her to help). Y’all worried about bathrooms but what about cross-contamination? That’s a big health issue as well!

Subs r good. However I called to return my order bc I didn’t request for my sandwich to be toasted. I was at work when I noticed so I called prior to me arriving 2/3x but received no answer. I drove back to firehouse only to see they weren’t busy at all. No customer was inside the store. I gave the manager my receipt and asked her if they could remake my sub but please don’t heat it. I asked y didn’t she as the manager (cat) didn’t answer the phones (she had no explanation) I called while I was there the volume was very low & their was still no one answering phones.
