The cashier drags her feet, and looks/acts like she does not want to be there. It takes forever for the line to move up and It makes the whole ordering experience unenjoyable. Also it took them over 20 minutes to make a sandwich.

Another firehouse sub full of lazy employees. Waited for 8 mins on phone before called dropped then called back about 5 times to no answer. It would be nice for once to not wait 30 minutes for someone to make my sandwich but y’all can’t answer the phone. Get in store and no one even makes eye contact with me for the first several minutes. Train your employees better.

Placed an online order at 8:00 pm for pickup at 8:15. I arrive to pick up order and both doors are locked, I notice a younger man in the back on his phone. I return to my car to see if I had wrong location, I didn’t. Some woman then pulls up, he opens the door for her. They clearly knew each other from the conversation they had at the door, So I go in with her. He tells me he doesn’t have my order even tho I showed him my order receipt on my phone, but he has this lady’s. I was like so what am I supposed to do? I just spent my last $10? Clearly upset because this was supposed to be my only meal for the day and I got robbed of it. He told me I shouldnt have an attitude and offered no sympathy. How would you feel if you came into a place where you spent your last $10 only to find out they are too lazy to prepare your food. He told me “I’m the only one here so I can close when I want”

Today was the first time I walked in this establishment. No one greeted me when I walked in. There was no one there but me. No line, No customers. There were two older Black ladies behind the counter. They were rude and very short with me. I was there to pick up lunch for my Friend and I. Because of the horrible customer service I received, I decided to pick up lunch for only for my Friend, and I gave my money to McDonald’s…Where I get treated better.

I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and the employees made rude gestures at their watch and then ignored me. After I was finally allowed to order, they proceeded to close the store and lock the door 10 minutes before closing, while I was still inside. It’s a shame an organization like this is run so poorly.

Customer service was horrible. Workers had an attitude about me asking questions. My 1st time in the store and I was the only one in the store so I don’t understand why it was so hard for them to answer simple questions. I got deep breaths and stares. What happened to the smiles and the welcoming attitudes I will not be back to this store.

Walked in , young girl on her phone with her earpiece, dreadheaded boy twisting his hair with his head down in a food setting other fella just walking back in forth not looking my way. Sooo no one knows how to great the customer? Give eye contact? Who is training these kids? These children? Please take tips from Chickfilaaaa and get it together. 1st off it’s no adults in the building. It’s kids working and they friends handing out. I called in order at 642pm I arrived at 7 paid for my food and was told my name would be called when my order was ready. After 5 minutes later 4 others walked on placed their order 10mins later their names where being called. They just skipped right over me because when I called they hung up on me the 1st time and I called back. Horrible service. He tried to give me some cold old sandwich.
