I’ve enjoyed other Firehouse Subs, and am very familiar with ordering their brisket sub. I felt stiffed on the actual brisket in the sub, and they even forgot the pickle! This was a one time stop, hopefully others have a better experience.

Alright food. Kinda sloppily put together. Not the friendliest service. And no sweet tea!! How hard is it to make ice tea?! But the main reason for 3 stars, not friendly, welcoming or thankful. I wouldn’t come back for that reason alone. I’ve been to plenty of locations where they greet you when you enter, pickup your food and leave. Makes all the difference in the world.

The subs here are so good!! I don’t eat subs often but I really had a craving for a good one and I was not disappointed. The sub was the best and the chili was very good to. It’s perfect to spice with the variety of hot sauces they have lined up. Yummy!

Paid $11 for a 6 inch sub and they barely put any meat on. The flavor wasn’t even good. I suggest you go to the Kingstowne location instead. They always fill you up with extra meat and make your money worth it. This place is a rip off

If I could this specific location a 0 star I would. Today I went to this Firehouse location asking to redeem my free birthday sub the day before my actual birthday. The app said that it would still redeem the offer, so I asked the lady at the cash register. I assumed she was the manager or even owner. When I asked her to please redeem the offer, she asked for a form of ID and then immediately rejected my request, simply because it was 1 day before my birthday. I asked her to at least try to enter the code (my phone number) to redeem, and she PURPOSELY entered my phone number wrong. I know this because I asked her to read back my phone number after she told me it didn’t work, and she got the last digit wrong . Then she smirked and entered in the number wrong again just so I could not get the reward. This level pettiness is absolutely mind blowing and pathetic considering how it was not that serious of a situation to not let me redeem a birthday sub. Horrible customer service. If the app allows me to redeem it, I do not understand why she refuses to uphold the offer, seemed like a fast food power trip. Hopefully she can learn to grow up from this experience.
