The food and drinks are always good. They have a variety of dietary options. You just feel like you’re eating healthy when you eat here–all the way down to the multi-grain pancakes. They stay busy, but the service is great! I’ve never had a long wait, either, aside from Mother’s Day.

This place is amazing. When we arrived, we were quite overwhelmed that there was a wait. But, they took our cell number and we called inside seated within 10 mins of arrival. So, good first impression. Then, we read the menu and had a difficult time deciding. The waitress was very helpful and honest about the options. They have gluten free choices at no additional cost. And, they have heart healthy options. My wife raved over the biscuits and gravy… I think she was impressed that the biscuit tasted like it was made from scratch. A big bonus to me was the uniqueness of everything. Although it was breakfast and brunch and lunch, they had their own signature. Definitely going back and highly recommend 10 out of 10! Oh, and they are hiring. What a great work life balance to arrive at 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning and be done with work at 2:30 or 3pm. BTW, there was no rush for us to finish exactly at 2:30. In fact, we left at 2:45 and there were still people sitting at the tables laughing and enjoying the ambience. The staff was friendly and did not mind our extended stay… And, they have an outdoor seating area

First Watch is always my go to for a quick breakfast w the kids. The prices are affordable and the service & quality of food are pretty consistent across diff locations. This was my first time visiting Shortpump location was happy to see there was ample seating. They were busy but had no wait. We were severed quickly and food arrived shortly after. Our server cont to check in with us to make sure everything was great..no disappointments.

I’ve been to this location 3 times now trying to give it another chance. However, I was disappointed once again and I officially will not be back. I asked for over easy eggs and got definitely not that. My food was served with rotten avocado. When I asked if I could switch my fruit with potatoes (okay w any extra charge) they refused to do that. They also give you the check prematurely. Made me feel like they wanted me out of there. Pics for proof. oh and my food came out halfway off the plate, touching the table. disgusting. also- their specials are not that special. I do want to say my server was very kind.

Staff is always so nice here! Didn’t make a reservation ahead of time, so we did have to wait. That was fine, because it’s the weekend and of course they’re busy! The waitor was personable and knowledgeable! I personally love their avocado toast served with lemon and two blanched eggs Perfection!!!

We checked in online, so we only had to experience a short wait once we got to the restaurant. We had a wonderful server, and then the gruyere cheese and ham Omelet was fabulous. My only complaint was the noise level. They were packed, so we had a very difficult time hearing each other. Of course, I’ll go back.

We went on a Tuesday so the store was pretty empty and we were seated immediately. Excellent service and great atmosphere. We ordered the biscuit and gravy, a chorizo omelet, a Belgian waffle and French toast to split and it was all delicious.

A great place to meet up with friends for brunch. I like this location because when we have a larger group they have a round table, which makes for great conversations. The staff really knows the menu and can make suggestions. The service has been consistently good. There are some consistent items on the menu, but there are also seasonal options. So the menu doesn’t get old.

In a word… Amazing! One of the best breakfast experiences that I’ve ever had. Very clean and hip (but not over done) Everything in this place screamed quality. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming (and was sincere) Wait time for my food was very short. Everything tasted like it was fresh made with exceptional quality. Not only will I stop in here again, I will tell everyone I know about how great this breakfast spot is! See you guys next time and keep up the hard work… it really shows!
