They were SO nice here! Everyone was smiling and laughing. The food was well put together, and delicious. Maybe I was very hungry, it man it was great!!! This is the best five guys location in the Richmond Area, and believe I have tried them all. I’ve been a Five Guys junky since my parents took me to their original store in Arlington when I was 4. I remember the Boom Box in the corner and that they used to wedge cut their potatoes for French Fries. Never forget.

Burgers one of the best in area. Hot dog all beef and can add toppings. Fries the bomb and small size enough for two people. Lot of drink options with machine. Staff always nice, attentive. Plenty of parking and seats. Prices higher than would like but enough portion size

I’m sure that 5 guys has cut their beef patty down by at least a third. Then charging more for it. The flavor is good. As to be expected from this restaurant. I’m sure this will be one of the restaurants to soon close entirely within a year or two. Especially observing the beaf industry. No offense 5 guys.

This location has fantastic service and immaculate vibes. Five guys originating in Virginia and being as good as it is makes of a stable here and they don’t disappoint here at the Willow Lawn location. I go here all the time sometimes just to get a bag of fries and sit down and every time I’m greeted in a friendly way and get my food in less than a couple minutes. Other people need to quit whining about the price. If you want a cheap burger and fries go to McDonald’s where it will suck, you’ll be treated like you just offended someone, and you definitely won’t get what you ordered or get it in a timely manner. Yes, five guys is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Ordered small hamburger and small fries. Wasn’t really hungry but I needed to take my meds with a meal. Cashier was all smiles and very friendly. Sandwich tasted good but fries can’t beat McDonald’s. Good meal for the price.
