It’s absolutely terrible. Show up half an hour before closing, and the manager is rude, saying they’re closed. The open sign is clearly flashing “open,” and people are inside….Then tell me they ran out of meat. I respond no problem as I just want a shake. He says they usually close that at 9:45, he’ll let me know. RUDE MANAGER! WHY ARE YOU OPEN TILL TEN IF YOU AREN’T SERVING PRODUCT ANYMORE???? Just turning away customers, why??? All the people plus more were turned away, absolute joke. This manager has ZERO business being in the service industry.

The Hamburger was nice and juicy. It’s definitely how I want a burger to taste. It was pricey, around $11 for one burger, but delicious. Also really liked that they had mushrooms for toppings. I would definitely recommend Five Guys if you haven’t tried it before.

Good American fast food with a decent price/quality ratio and couple free perks which make it so special. After buying a cup (regular or big) you have an unlimited access to drinks. There are big dispensers of ketchup and free peanuts for people waiting in the line (good to kill first hunger!).

Well it was my first time trying this restaurant out. The wait was kind of long but, the food was very good. I had a cheeseburger and strawberry shake. Very tasty. The place is filty. Floors and tables are nasty. The staff needs some improvement with as well. Food was a bit pricey for me.

I order online to avoid waiting. When I placed my order, i was quoted 5-15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and waited a total of 45 min for 1burger, fries, and shake. This was the second time this happened. I watched them make peoples meals who ordered at the counter after I arrived, watched those people eat, and leave and my food still wasn’t ready. It likely would’ve been longer than 45 minutes except I asked him to look for my ticket which was buried under everyone else’s, who had been ordering at the counter for the past 45 minutes. I love five guys, but this experience is unacceptable so I will not be returning.
