You pay/tip immediately after ordering. There’s no real reason to want to provide service to you after that. Ordered coffee/water, didn’t get refills. My table of 2 ended up grabbing the carafe from them to serve ourselves and they didn’t care. Croissant sandwich came out without cheese, no condiments provided for eggs, butter for grits, syrup for French toast, etc. We were not checked on once. I don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot, but we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. There’s plenty around in Chicago for cheaper, Dunkin’ is a short walk away. The food was decent outside of the total lack of service/condiments.

My Wife and I went there for breakfast. Plate sizes were very nice, ordered mini chicken and waffles and cajun shrimp and grits. Had seen post from Instagram and decided to try it out, and was very pleased. Will be back to try afternoon options –First was confused as to the entrance, but must enter thru the Holiday Inn lobby which I assume is also restaurant for the Hotel guest.

Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of dealing with. At one point our waitress went and sat in a booth on FaceTime with her back to the entire 3 tables that she had in the completely empty dining room. Never got a refill on any drinks. Highly overpriced for the quality/ portion. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

This place is a rip off. Terrible service mediocre food and a tourist trap. Tipnis automatically included and they do not present you with an itemized. They charged me for every diet coke refill I had.
