Just went to Frenchy’s restaurant on 2234 or Almeda and order my food and four regular customers came after me and received their food before. When I ask about my order it was not on the board and the girl got upset because I said something about my order and then game all the small wings.

I dont care what the place looks like or the location its in! These types of places are hidden gems! Not a knock off, but thier own brand! The Chicken is excellent! Seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly! I will definitely be coming back forever!!

People were really nice. Food was delicious. But they need to stop charging different prices for the same thing and only advertising the cheaper price on the menu. I don’t like that. Let the gas station charge different prices for gas with cash vs. plastic. Shouldn’t be that way with food.

WOW had to wait 30 minutes for three pieces of chicken. The young man was taking his time. Uber eats came after me to pick up order. Young man told him to wait. Guy end up waiting over 45 min cause I passed back by and he was still there, plus a man was there long before I came and he hadn’t got his food neither. I got minds before him. It’s sad how these employees don’t care. You can’t say nothing cause they might spit in your food and/or etc. Y’all know what I mean. Frenchy wasn’t like that. It’s pitiful.

I actually ordered FISH for Father’s Day. It was very good. I’ve ordered chicken as well and it was good also. This place has good customer service to me too. I’ve ordered large quantities in advance and they met my needs.

Customer service was horrible! It was my fault I got there at 10:21 a.m. even though they don’t open till 10:30a.m. After being treated like a criminal while waiting them to open. One of the employees had her boyfriend park next to me and look at me crazy. I drove up to the window to order (at 10:31) while 1 employee stood next to the window ignoring me. Another employee walked up and said come back in 20 minutes. I left a bought Chinese food.
