Foods great, but the customer service makes it not even matter. I ordered for delivery and 2 hours had passed no call no nothing. I call and they said they had already delivered it and they had the cash, she continued to tell me that she couldn’t do anything about it OBVIOUSLY i know that. If the delivery driver had issues finding my house he should’ve called being that they ask for a number for that particular reason. Do better.

Not sure where your good reviews are coming from. I’ve never paid $75 before for someone to screw up a CHEESE pizza. I would actually place this experience slightly below that of going to Little Caesar’s. Seriously… who puts onions on cheese pizza? We kept our order simple to avoid confusing the staff, that didn’t work. Anywhere is better than here.

I rarely leave reviews but this is my first and last time eating at frenchy’s. A purchased 15 wings. These are the most pathetic wings I have ever had. They’re dry and overcooked (damn near burnt). $25 dollars worth of disappointment.

Bought a 1/2 sheet of cheese and pepperoni pizza and the only good thing about it was the pepperoni. Bland sauce, tasted terrible. We only had a couple pieces out of the entire pizza. This was my first time trying here and I was very disappointed.

Great pizza, awesome sauce and cheese ratio. My only complaint is that their chicken wings are not saucy they’re just greasy. And for the amount you pay nowadays for freaking chicken wings it needs to be better…. I order from frenchy’s at least once every other week and this week I decided to try something new. I called ahead and ask questions about their hot turkey sandwich. Like what kind of bread it was located on and all that good stuff never disclosed to me in their description or in their menu. Do they make hot turkey sandwiches with beef gravy? When I got the hot turkey sandwich they were covered in a very thick brown gravy. I called thinking that maybe they messed up my order. They replied with its obvious it comes with brown gravy. Very confused. Scratching my head not at the restaurant. I normally get it from. Food is always great there. Just now I know not to have their hot turkey. They should add to their menu that it’s made with brown gravy
