After a GLOWING recommendation from a friend who went here a couple of years ago, we decided to try it during our vacation. Needless to say, I may have to rethink that friendship……The dessert really saved this place or else I’d have given it a 1 and I’m not even a dessert guy. Service was not good taking more than 10+ minutes for each drink order (just water and soda). They have 3 gravy’s but only 2 meats so that made no sense. Why do you have turkey gravy if the only meat you serve is ham and flank steak? Both overcooked and practically inedible. They have a bunch of digiornio-esque pizzas. They have a video playing on a loop of grilled shrimp but only offer cold shrimp cocktail. $30 was just not worth it and kids are the same price too. Just avoid this joint.

Add me to the list of disappointed people. This was my first time going to this buffet since the remodel and I agree with alot of the statements. Way less selection of food then there used to be, and what was offered was mediocre at best. Definately not worth the 24.95 lunch price tag. We ate at 12:30 pm on a Saturday and most of the food looked like it had been sitting there awhile. Very little to choose from compared to before and quality was not there. Very small dessert selection.

My mother and I went to the buffet for dinner on fathers day and thought we would leave with fully stuffed bellys. To our dismay we did not. For the full price that we paid the food was absolutely horrible! Most of it was room temperature. The meats and fish wer very dry and over cooked. Everything tasted as if it was leftover and reheated. The salad bar was the only thing appetizing and yet after the meal I tried to eat I could not stomach any more. Not even the gelato although it wasn’t too bad. The neighboring table to us was also very upset about the quality of the food considering the price that was paid. I will never eat here again. And it’s upsetting because I used to love coming here. The only thing pleasing was our wait staff and the soda.

Possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. Spent 95 bucks for dry, cold, flavorless food. My wife powered through a plate. I had one bite of everything I got and it was all pretty terrible. The selection was about half the size of what you would see at a Golden Corral type place for four times the cost and lower quality food. My kids wouldn’t even eat the pizza and they have NEVER turned down pizza

The atmosphere and service were top-notch with the buffet food freshly turned over, well seasoned and delicious, especially the fork tender bbq ribs and beef stew! The desserts were ok, but a few of them could benefit from being in a refrigerated dessert case. The Boston Creme pie did not have a chocolate ganache top but more of a chocolate syrup/sauce, and the filling was warm. Equally, the lemon bars tasted warm and aged. Overall, the experience was great!

Our yearly walk Mother/Daughter walk across the border to the buffet was absolutely disappointing! Disgusting! Roast beef was tuff. Mashed potatoes were like mush.

Most of the food tasted as though it had been sitting a while and didn’t look very good. The pasta was okay, and the bread was good. We ordered a mimosa and mojito, and we were charged for them after we had already paid for everything, we thought they were included. Both drinks were terrible. Luckily, we had a very nice waiter who took them off the bill, the original waitress we had disappeared.

I remember 3 years ago going often to this buffet and the food was GREAT de variety and quality. Then I was lat year 2022 when they recently reopen and I notice lots of change (on the negative way) food was not the same. But, today may 28 2023 I was for lunch with some friend (after recommend my friends this place to eat our lunch) and it was a disaster. The food is not even close what it was before, at all. In quality, in variety and also y service. This place should be close and be reopened again whits the right professionals working. Cockers, Jeffs and employees. I am coming very often to Niagara Falls and I promise myself not to visit this place again and especially never to recommend it to anyone. Really, the food was horrible beside no variety. …Oh, I forgot to mention the cashiers at check in. It was another disaster , talking and laughing with the others cashiers and not attention to customers, also dressing like they where working at a gas station cashier. Sorry…never again (we where 4, means $100.00 dollars throw away.
