This place is a hit or miss. The service was very good. There were three other tables and three different waiters came in and asked in everything was ok. Food portions are very generous. I tried the fried rice yakimeshi. It was a huge portion and had nice plating. The downside was the lack of flavor. It was very bland only after dousing it with soy sauce and jalapeños was the plate somewhat palatable. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo, don’t judge kids will be kids. Again a very healthy portion but Alfredo sauce lacked flavor. We also ordered the egg rolls and the same lack of flavor though they seemed more of the frozen kind rather than fresh. The stars of the meal was the finca roll. It had a seared/smoked salmon that was not overpowering but it defined the roll. Second place was the Monterrey roll. This was also packing flavor with the roll wrapped in thinly sliced chicken. All in all like i said hit or miss for this place. Very good service and large portions but some food was lacking in taste.

Visited Fussion sushi during their 3rd year anniversary promotion. Even though their floor was packed, and the phone kept ringing constantly throughout my visit, their service was still very good. La limonada de pepino estaba muy rica. I don’t see the point of having a few strands of leaves and some baby tomatoes on the side . However, the roll itself was also very tasty.

I keep coming back to this place. Food is great, portions are huge, food has flavor and you can customize your dish changing the sides or asking for something extra. Service is awesome. Full house days it does slow a bit but it helps if you ask for an appetizer. Those appetizers come out fast and are delicious. These chicken tenders were too much that I had enough left over for a doggy bag.

Great sushi spot, they also serve other specialties like miso soup, pasta and teppanyaki. A recent addition to the menu is ramen! Highly recommended. Place is clean and tidy every time we have visited. Food comes out hot and tasty!

i love it here its my favorite sushi restaurant but my friends and i picked up our order right now and when we got home we saw there were no sauces. my friend lives close so we drove back to ask for some. bro why were they kinda mean to me 🙁 i asked nicely and even tried joking with them so they knew i wasnt mad but the guy that gave us the order followed me back to the car w my friends to ask if we were sure it wasnt in the bag with the drinks, and like why would we drive all the way back if all 5 of us didnt check. and he was like “im know i put them in the bag with the drinks but im not going to argue with the customer because they deserve respect” but he said it so condescendingly and for what. like why ru trying to gaslight a peer reviewed fact. we got home and we can confirm there were no sauces. im telling u i was nice and they seemed so inconvenienced by this. all our rolls were soggy when we got back we couldnt even pick them up without them falling apart but we were happy we got pur saices. just why were they so upset with me. ill come again i still love it here

This place is by far the best sushi place in Laredo; also they have big portions! fairly priced, Wide selection… and the Ramen is just amazing! been here a few times and the chefs get quite creative with their sushi plates!
