I was happy with the food and service until I saw the charge on my account. The bill was $59.30 and I left a cash tip. I was charged $62.30. Good thing I kept my receipt to prove I was over charged. I know it is only $3 but this is fraud. I contacted the owner to have it fixed and never received a call back. I gave them the chance to make it right. I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow and filing fraud on this. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

Took about 30 minutes to get our food. I had to get up and go get my own re-fill waitress never came back to our table to ask if we needed anything else. I have the owner and the managers sitting right in front of us just chatting away. The hamburgers are great and so are the fries. But this will probably be the last time we will ever be coming here because it is just so slow.

This is a cool restaurant. The staff is super friendly. But both times we were there. We had no success with getting refills. And the last time the waitress forgot toast on two orders. There is a cool museum and hotel next to it.

As we stopped, we wondered why there were not more cars in the parking lot. I guess now we know. The food came out not as ordered. Dry and cold. The salads, oh my so gross and brown. The veggies were not fresh and they tried to cover up the brown stuff with green so that you didn’t notice it. The food was not very good. While we were there the manager was degrading her staff for not cleaning the place in front of the few customers that were there. Unless you are starving to death, I do not recommend eating here.

Such a historic hotel/restraunt with a lot of history. I loved the museum and the view of the geyser was awesome. The manager was friendly and provided us with a lot us interesting infomation. Employees were also trained in all areas and willing to help out even if it wasn’t their job. Great experience. I also loved the Soda Springs located just a short walk across the RR tracks in the park.

Great food. But a little pricy. Came quick and everyone was really nice even with my little one making a mess (witch i did clean up) everyone loved there food. But was a little bland. Will have to gove lunch a try.

We waited for our food for 45 mins, and a table with about 10 “regulars” came in after us, but got served first. When we finally got our food it was cold and rubbery. The waitress never came back to refill our coffee or water, and never once asked if we needed anything else. We had to go to the counter to ask for more napkins, water, ketchup, ect….. When we checked out, she was rude, and seemed like we were a burden on her, because she had to stand up. We totally could’ve walked out without paying, and nobody would have noticed. We were going to walk out after a half hour of not being tended to, but there’s not many places to eat on a Sunday morning in Soda Springs, ID! If I see her working there next time….we’re out. P.S. The hotel/museum is awesome!!

My one-star review is an average of 2 stars for food quality and 0 stars for service. The chili was cold and bland. The geyser chips were served on a very hot plate, but were barely lukewarm themselves. It took about 30 minutes to get those items and my wife’s BLT.
