Tried Glaze Teriyaki for dinner, tasty food (mixed plate chicken and salmon, brown rice w a small salad and ginger carrot dressing, plus a vegetable bowl on brown rice w small salad, and a side of edamame). Was ready very quickly which worried me but it was hot and fresh. And rationally priced for the quality. It’s in a ghost kitchen so pick up or delivery only.

According to mint I’ve spent $3000 on glaze in the past 3+ years. Just actually threw out my unused paper punch card collection from back in the day. Longtime fan, but this is the 3rd time my food has not been delivered and I’ve received no response from the restaurant. Their phone number for the Chicago superior st location is a cell phone that goes straight to voicemail. Last night I waited 40 mins past their delivery time 2+ hrs only to be told by Uber that they handle delivery in-house and so my only option is to call the restaurant. It’s not Ubers fault, but the UX design feels like gas lighting when the restaurant doesn’t communicate or provide any support and also opts-out of all Uber resources. I work in customer service and I love the food so I hope they fix whatever has changed. Prices on Uber eats now cost me $54 with tax and tip for two meals + veggies, which used to be $34 max. Pandemic, inflation, etc, I get it, but co$t can’t be higher and service lower. If the food came and/or they answered the phone I would change this review! Photo of my meal below!

Terribly delivery. They delivered the wrong bag that had someone else’s order in it (I’m vegetarian and everything in this order had meat) and when I tried to get in touch to inform them they didn’t pick up their phone after several calls and their VM is full.

Ordered multiple times via Uber Eats and Doordash, each time orders never arrived. Got notifications about order being prepared with estimated delivery times and then nothing, radio silence and no delivery. Calling them is useless it just goes straight to voicemail. Will never order from Glaze again.

Ordered the steak bowl it was absolutely fantastic! Flavors were great, good amount of food, well balanced meal! Can’t wait to try other items. Ordered delivery and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Food never showed. They need to do a lot better with their own delivery service and verify!!!! They tell you they will refund you but send no confirmation. Will never order from this place again.
