Great food. I was looking for a chicken place that my lady friend hadn’t been to. So I was checking the reviews and comments online and was a little hesitant at first. But she wanted to go so we did. They offer mainly chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches with fries. I got the chicken sandwich and it was the bomb. The service can be a little slow but it is totally worth it. Juicy, crispy and just about the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. They also have Texas toast that’s used as the bun, which is a great idea and adds something new to the chicken sandwich scene.

Updated review: I gave Go Bird another shot after my friends said they really liked it. I went around noon and the food was WAY better, and much better portions. I asked for double fries instead of coleslaw and that is the way to go here imo (even though I’m still not a huge fan of crinkle fries). The chicken is clearly made there, not frozen tendies, and was hot and fresh. The employees were so much nicer too. I still think it’s a little pricey, especially considering there is no drink included, but bumping up my rating based on this positive experience.

GO Away Bird! Despite the 4.2 overall score, I didn’t have high expectations for Go Bird. Not for any reason in particular, but just because I didn’t believe the chicken at a place that sold only chicken tenders would be that good (Zaxby’s). That being said, the tenders, although on the small side, were decent. Hot and crispy, but could’ve used a little more seasoning.

My go-to choice OVER Chick-fil-A & Raising Canes. Amazing tasty breading on fresh chicken tenders with a great sauce selection. Texas Toast is yummy, fries and Mac n cheese are great too! Wings are a little pricy but you understand why when you taste how good they are. Support local businesses!! Very friendly staff as well, I’ll be back soon!

I only rated this place a 3 because the fries could’ve been better, they were cold. They also need more side choices.. macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, string beans etc… something else besides fries and coleslaw..

The tenders were really good ,But the fried wings had some much crumble and were dark because the oil is not being changed regular.The styrofoam container needs a piece of foil under chicken to keep holes out, got grease in my skirt. Nice clean place but there is room for improvements.

First time there. Subsidiary of capt d’s. The sandwich I got was not impressed. Rather bland, actually. Not sure if it was because of the toasted bread or what. Gave service 3 stars because it wouldn’t let me give 2 1/2. Clerk was non-personable. Kind of robotic. No smiles what so ever. Good music was only thing that gave atmosphere a 3 star.

I looked at the reviews before I went and decided to take a plunge. Sad to say, I don’t ever have to taste this again. The best thing was the sauce. The fries were cold, Texas toast was very hard and tenders were blah. I lie to give my honest review since they matter. This is my opinion.

I always drive by this place on my way to target & finally, I decided to stop and see what they had. I went through the drive-through and it was the SLOWEST service ever. i don’t blame the employee, i think they were just incredibly understaffed.

I love GO Bird. Their tenders are always delicious and I love crinkle fries. If you don’t want coleslaw on the side, just ask for double fries. Their funnel sticks are so good too! My only suggestion would be to add some seasoning to the fries. The wait time can be long at times, but I don’t mind when I know it’s made fresh.
