Ordered two coney dogs and two bacon ranch fries. Coney dogs came like this. Absolute mess with chili all over the inside of the bag and containers. The fries had no ranch on them. Something is always wrong at this location and for the wait time in the drive thru you think your order would be right.

I’ve been hearing alot about Gold Stars burgers so thought I’d give it a try today for lunch and I’m dead serious that the burger I had was one of the best burgers I’ve had. I got the classic cheeseburger with cheddar, pickle, tomato and lettuce with the heavenly sauce. The heavenly sauce is unbelievable. I liked it so much I took my wife back later for dinner. . Service was excellent both times I was in there today. I will be going back very soon. Im blown away at how good it was.

Went to eat in at about 9:13pm and a girl came and lock the door in front of us. There were people in the dining area. Instead of just shutting us out, how about a courtesy “Sorry, dining area is closed”…. This place is excommunicado.

Last visit this time of night our order was only half there when we arrived home. Tonight, 6/13/23, at 8:30, we stopped and decided to give it another chance. Ordered 4 cheese Coney and the buns were hard as a rock and the hotdog’s were cold. It was like it was pre-made. I am very disappointed because before these 2 visits, it was always good food. I suggest the owner look into the staff at night. At the very least they could say thank you or your welcome. Not good

I just had probably the worst cheese coneys I have ever had in my life. I was the only one in the drive thru, the dining room was already closed, and I received a hot mess of cheese coneys (see pic). Why would you think this is acceptable to give to a customer? I love Cincinnati chili and the benefit of this Gold Star is its open later than most food places in the area. This was totally unacceptable and I probably will never return.

Goldstar is your typical Cincinnati style chili, fast-food style place to eat, not a lot of gluten-free options with no gluten free bread options for Coney’s, also know gluten-free options for spaghetti I would be cautious eating here if you have food, otherwise atmosphere and service are great!
