The owners is Korean and she is very mean to the customer. It is very hard to understand her English and while you are trying to be patient with her, she is actually annoyed by your patience and rush you to pay. She is very mean to her staff also. No respect for both customers and staff. All she wants is “you pay here” then “move”.

It has changed, they no longer let you do your own bowl. They give you the bare minimum in food. You asked for extra veggies and they give you a couple. They’re system for cooking food is terrible. You stand in a line with several people waiting, once the food is done they just place it on the counter. You just hope you got the right one. I wouldn’t come back, it’s a shame because it was once good.

The lady that I assume is the owner was very pushy. Very matter of fact. Wanted to keep the line moving as fast as possible at the cost of good customer service. The food itself was good. Good quality cooked well. Again the main bad thing was the owner. She even told me to stop taking pictures. But it’s a public area so I know my rights. The stand out part was the cook. I HATE spicy food and if you are familiar with the way the the food is cooked here, the grill is shared and the food is rotated as it’s cooked. So if some one ordered food with hot peppers, in front of you (as people do, its all good, people can eat as the wish) then your food will be spicy as well. But I basically asked them if the could clean the grill to not spice my meal and the cook had no problem with my request. I tipped him directly a few bucks. I was able to enjoy my food

smelled delicious… at the restaurant very rude lady working as register im highly allergic to pork not a food preference realized they cooked everything on same thing grill after i paid she was very mad she has no signs saying everything is cooked together cross contaminated exposure very hard to communicate do to language barrier she was on register maybe owner whom ever it may be she was very mad sntached my drink from me and then wanted to give me refund yelling a little embarrassing honestly i wanted a refund but had insisted she remake wasnt understanding i couldn’t eat it until i asked for her name then she went for a refund at girst she gave me the o. well face until i asked for her name then went totally rude employees look stressed with her yelling going on .

I had again a terrible service from an Asian old lady the owner looks like she need classes for customer service. She forgot to have manners and she thinks that she is making a favor when she pours people’s food on a small bowl. They have so fat terrible meat and the flavor is not even good and the portion on the small box is so small; I paid more than $30.56 for 2 people on 2 small bowls and 1 soda. When I try to explain the owner for my unsatisfied food she just ignored me then she told me to go away.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I love Mongolian bbq. But this place sucks. Chicken was undercooked off the hot iro and they only give you like 3 pieces of meat while rushing you. I’d get my Mongolian bbq craving elsewhere.
