Grilled Salmon was perfect. Service was above average, and the salad was really good. Had Lemon Drop, great price, have had better. Keftides were really good. Also tried the Greek Spread Combo, liked the Taramasalata, did not like the other spreads as much. Would definitely go back for the Grilled Salmon. Thank you for the meal and the experience.

Greektown Taverna is located on the north/west corner of the Publix Naples Walk Plaza on the corner of Airport-Pulling and Vanderbilt Beach Road. There was outdoor seating available and plenty inside on my lunchtime visit. If you enter through the side entrance, it can be a little confusing, but the main entrance is on the north corner. Along the wall, you can see into the kitchen and there is a bar where the TV was not playing news or sports, but what seemed to be scenery of Greece, which was a nice change of pace. The dining room is rather large with booths along the perimeter. We were told to sit where we like and were promptly given menus. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly and was all fresh and prepared to order. The standout was the Octopus Appetizer – delicious. All of the other food was great, I’ll be back!

The Food was good Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back to try the Dinner menu. Service was really good. Disappointed they didn’t serve Falafel, but I still really enjoyed the Restaurant!

Authentic Greek food. Lemon Greek chicken is our favorite. Chicken Kabobs were delicious, moist and flavorful. Tasty flavorful rice on the side with veggies, all good. Lamb chops were cooked just to our request. Enjoyed the Greek wine to go with the meal. Was night of live Greek music which makes for a fun addition to the meal. The service was warm and friendly. They make great baklava, one of my favorite treats. Took it home for snacking on the next day. Priced fairly. We will be back.

Loved the food, the service and the place. They start off with a large and fresh Greek salad. The fries were delicious and my traditional gyro was excellent. The portions were large and the waitress kept on checking on us always with a smile. The price was right too! Highly recommend.

This is a difficult review because I’ve been here a few times and it was good, but on those occasions it wasn’t busy at all. I went last night with my family and it wasn’t as good. It was very busy and we sat outside because it was nice weather. First off the drinks were awful. We had old fashioneds a Manhattan and a lemon drop. They were all bad. We had a few appetizers. The keftedes were outstanding! The Greek nachos were just ok. It was fries with meat, cheese and vegetables. The calamari was very good. We ordered a gyro plate and it wasn’t what we expected. It was the ingredients of a gyro on a plate. There was no way to make a gyro because the pita was too small. It wasn’t good. When you order a gyro you expect a prepared gyro. I had the lamb shank and it was good. The shank could have been more tender. My wife had the kabobs and they were very salty. My son had the kabobs too and his were ok. The rice was perfect. I will give this place another chance but I won’t go when it’s busy.
