We’ve always just driven through Gyro Shack until yesterday. Inside it smelled amazing and we were instantly greeted with a welcoming hello and an authentic smile. I’ve been loving the Gyro Shack for some time now. If you like lamb or haven’t tried it, this may be for you. The bread they use is called pita bread . It’s a pocket bread similar to flat bread. The Gyros I find delightful. They’re made with tzatziki sauce which contains cucumber. Tomatoes and the rest depends on the type of Gyro you get. There are salads and delicious crinkle fries amoung other things if your not into Gyros or as an aside. But My favorite is the Breakfast Supreme Gyro with green sauce (I think it’s guacamole!). They add bacon as well as egg. Hop on over there and try one out. They have a rewards system, earn enough points and get a free Gyro. Get something free on your birth month too!

Honestly kind of grossed me out. It is a very heavy seasoned blended meat that looks like sausage. Didnt taste fresh. Bacon was dry and very chewy also not fresh.

First time I’ve been here was excited about getting a gyro with tzatziki. I don’t think the tzatziki is traditional because it seems like it was just garlic butter that was put on my sandwich. I even asked for extra thinking it was going to be creamy with the normal flavors of tzatziki but it was just greasy and garlicky no creamy at all. It’s a bummer I will not be back.

By far one of the greatest experiences I’ve had. James makes art and puts love into his food. Fast service, beautiful presentation, the table looked well taken care of and the food was very fresh. I have never had a more perfect gyro. Thank you James, it made my day.
