If you can avoid it, I’d say eat elsewhere if you are in the CNN building. I stopped there on my way to an event at the State Farm arena. I ordered a #14 Falafel Bowl, a Sprite, and beer. I was given the prices, and when I got my receipt it was approximately $15. When I received the bag, I noticed It didn’t come with a side of fries, but we didn’t want fries anyway so I didn’t say much. However, after noticing that cheese was left on the Falafel Bowl we asked for a remake. Without being informed that they were going to alter the receipt, when I checked by account balance, I notice that the debited amount from my account was almost $20 for a falafel bowl, a sprite, and a beer. If you are going to alter payment purchases, it is customary to inform the customer. Otherwise, it’s considered theft. As a result, my review is the lowest star possible for altering my receipt without informing me and stealing my money.

Tried fora a few days as I am vegan but often got food with sauce or cheese after telling them repeatedly not to. Today i simply made it clear no cheese and no ranch dressing and the worker got upset and called me stupid! Will never eat here again rude staff and improper and incorrect orders customer service is a problem here!

For 10 bucks, the Gyro combo in my opinion is a pretty good deal. Usually not a huge line during the lunch hour. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and the food has always been tasty to me. No problems in the several times that I have gone.
