My favorite place to have hotpot at Chicago! Very nice and clean place. The food was very fresh and broth is delicious. We especially like the Maodu and fish slice. The server is very friendly and meticulous. The cat robot that helped to deliver food is very cute and interesting. Would definitely revisit this restaurant again whenever coming back to Chicago!

Yummy hot pot. However, this restaurant charges per item ordered. I’ve never been to a hot pot place that wasn’t a flat rate for all you can eat.

Customer service was spectacular. I love that they had a sauce bar with tasty ingredients to create your own sauce. They also had fruits and dessert. Everything was fresh and yummy. I would visit again! The soup bases were flavorful. They also provided aprons and hair ties for you to use. Price was reasonable. They also had those robots that come to serve your table!!! I really felt like I was in a different country enjoying my hot pot.

Great environment and atmosphere. Top notch service. Food – meh. Prices – ridiculous. I’ve never been to a hot pot that doesn’t give you a set price for unlimited/AYCE.

This is not a review for the dine in hotpot but for the takeout spicy dry hotpot(麻辣香锅). And for both my experiences with the takeout, I doubt I will want to try dine in. I don’t think they have any clue what a spicy dry hotpot is or they just take it as a joke. Both time it came with half container broth in it, it literally like they just do the hotpot and put in a container. And for the first time it was a couple months ago, 2 different waitress called me that some item were out of stock and asked me to choose a replace, and it arrived with no that out of stock item nor the replacement. And they clearly forgot to put salt, it tasted super bland. I thought that was a one time mistake and decided to try it again. Silly me. After I placed order, it says pick up time 7:10, and when I was about to go for the pickup, they updated it to 8:00. First time I saw a restaurant pushed pickup time for like an hour. And when I finally got the food, this time, they included the salt was not added last time and doubled it… Also the wagyu fired rice was like soaked into oil, and the oil tasted so weird and had some bad and annoying smell. I couldn’t understand how can everything went wrong for both time. And if you don’t know how/want to do a spicy dry pot, just take it off the menu!!!

Such great food! I’m known as a hot pot killer back home, because I love hot pot and not even kidding this has to be one of my top favorites. Food was good, but the service here at the Chicago location was the best. Shout out to our server Kevin, who went above and beyond to make sure that my friend and I didn’t need anything. He’s always smiling and made this experience 1000000000x better. Such a shame I don’t live in the area and I’m just visiting. But maybe for the better cause I would have come here every day and gain a lot of weight.

Great service especially for kids. Unannounced meals and toys for them were really impressive. We enjoyed the food and service a lot. The robots were an additional Entertainment factor.

This was my first real hotpot experience, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Everything was ordered via an iPad and very speedily brought out by servers or a robot. A cart next to our table held a water jug, more plates, chopsticks and a quick beginners guide. I went ahead and ordered the tomato broth and mushroom broth as those were listed as popular and would be safe choices for my vegetarian friends. I think I’d skip the sauce bar next time as I didn’t use it as much and I thought I would. I also think I missed out on soft serve ice cream because that was nowhere to be found. Definitely a fun experience and great service for a big group.
