Now this is normally my go to harolds. It’s not far from my job and they are pretty consistent with their food. But today babyyyy… I don’t know who was cooking and if they should cook there again. I ordered 6 wings fried well well with mhsp. I was only able to eat 2 out of the 6 wings. It’s like they fried old chicken twice. The bones were breaking in half and black. I definitely was disappointed and called to let them know. They apologized and that was all.

The food and service are trash they are re-frying the chicken, and the cashier lady was rude and disrespectful. it is absolutely the worst, Harold’s I’ve ever encountered. I’m truly sick. I hope I don’t have to visit the hospital please go anywhere but there.

If you place a grubhub order with special Instructions…CALL THEM AND REITERATE THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!!! They don’t read any specific instructions on grubhub orders. I wanted my wings with , and sauces on the side. They just drenched everything in hot sauce. So just make sure if you place an order through a food app, call them to clarify specific instructions.
