We usually go here after church on Sunday. Food would be pretty good. We have went during the week and was disappointed. Once asked for mild sauce and received something like tomato paste. This time we tried it on a Tuesday evening. Waited more than 45 minutes. We always purchase 2 half whites. We always eat one and save one for the next day. The first one was more old batter than chicken. HARD! The second one was hard seem to be double cooked also missing the wing’s. I pull the chicken apart and a clean bone from a wing was mixed in the think dough. SICKENING CALLED THE RESTAURANT NO ANSWER. Just some message…

The customers waiting were polite. The employees were kind. The French fries were raw, the fish was not fresh and the flesh was clear not opaque. The chicken was okay. It wasn’t $15 worthy.

This particular experience deserves a 0 star, however I’m giving them 3 because this is the only time I’ve been disappointed out of the handful of times I’ve been there. I asked for “easy” mild sauce… instead they drenched my food. What you are seeing in the photos is an actual puddle of sauce and 3 pieces of fish completely disintegrated due to the overwhelming amount of sauce. I can’t eat this. Does this look like easy sauce to anyone?

I wish I could give it zero stars. We ordered online at 11pm. Pay online as well. Get there and told they’re closed and that we can cancel the order online. Why in the hell are your taking orders at 11pm if you aren’t going to be of service?

I like this location’s food, but they can’t ever seem to get their orders right. I ordered and was charged for 2 fish combos (catfish and wings), and didn’t notice and until I was home that they gave me 2 -2 piece filet dinners. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong. It seems to be a trend because customers are always upset in store due to incorrect orders. I attempted to call to notify the business of the error, and no one answered. Well, someone picked up once and hung up immediately. This, again, is a common occurence because they never pick up so you can place a phone order. The stars are strictly for the quality of food, but the service needs significant improvement here.

Refuse to fry anything other than precooked fries and chicken from hrs ago or morning. Just left here begged for fresh chicken and fries. They looked all confused did nit wanna give me fresh chicken. But did drip fresh. Then I asked to please get fresh fries and bit the ones sitting there half hr. Then tipped the cook $2 to make sure it didn’t happen. And this grown man gave me these old brown no where near fresh fries anyway. Smdh blks for some reason can’t give top notch service. And yes I’m blk. Lazy adults are sickening can’t even bite the fries and wasted all my time and money in the name of rushing or busy and always giving this old food. If u like good hot fresh fries. Go to another one.

Food’s good, reasonable. I had the wings/fries/pop lunch special. Only complaint is the sauce is a little scarce, but maybe that’s on me. I’m sure they would’ve accommodated me if I asked for some more on the side…Reading other reviews, I must’ve come at the perfect time, because I had no problems with ordering.
