Great value for delicious food! Huge portions, well flavored, and wonderful service. The restaurant has only a few seats but it’s very clean with a nice interior, perfect for a quick meal. The tandoori chicken was tender and juicy. Goat bhuna was really rich with complex spices and there were so many pieces of real meat here unlike many other restaurants. Naan, roti, rice were substantial and I definitely had food coma after. Lassi was very refreshing and not overly sweet. If you like spicy food make sure to ask for ‘very spicy’ because medium is too safe 😉

This is a great local eatery and the biggest sign of that is the food does take a little bit of time to prepare. I have had the seasonal pumpkin soup as well as other curry dishes and they were delicious and most certainly home made tasting. This is the real stuff!

Poor operating hours. I want to get food for lunchtime as well. Find staff or shut your business down if you can not sell takeout food during lunch hours. Also, whoever the woman was on the phone sounded like a young girl, possibly the owner’s daughter just had terrible order-taking and customer service skills. It is also very deceiving for Hindu customers the fact that you offer goat biriyani. The person taking my order offered me beef biriyani when they said they were out of a goat. I was frustrated and insulted when she did not even consider the fact that we were ordering goat biriyani because of religious purposes. Most halal restaurants make sure they have goats in stock for their Hindu customers. How could you just run out? I wish this was a southeast Asian joint that stayed open and was considerate of the dietary needs of different religions and cultures. Also it was very annoying that ya’ll just decided to take a whole summer off, like find staff to run your restaurant while you were away, it’s not that hard. I never even got to try this place’s food because y’all were either out of ingredients or away for vacation

I ordered food from here during New Year’s day. The food was amazing. There was even so much of it that now I have a little something tasty and wonderful to eat when I am hungry again. On top of that, the owner was very friendly and gave us some Mango Lassi and another meal for free to kick off the new year. Hot Chix Halal is one restaurant in Medford that I recommend
