Love Mongolian BBQ! Especially the all you can eat kind. Three trips around the grill and to stop. Totally forgot to picture the third bowl. Service is great from everyone. My drink stayed full and the cooks were cheerful even while banging the spatulas against eight bowls of cooking food! Bring the family and enjoy! Oh the raspberry tea is phenomenal!

It has been 13 days of me calling, contacting customer service, and calling some more. Being told a manager would call back and being told by customer service someone would reach out to me from the local business, and STILL no contact. I ordered on July 9th and received the WORST FOOD I have ever gotten. Undercooked chicken (that make me throw the whole bowl away when I saw that), soggy noodles, hardly any sauce, missing half the ingredients and included some I did not want, and after persistently trying to reach out I receive nothing. If you’re going to offer for your workers to prepare the meals for people to pick up TEACH THEM HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE THEM. I’ve never been so disappointed not only in the quality of food but the quality of customer care in my life. This is my favorite restaurant and to receive food such as this and have two weeks of me reaching out with no response is disgusting.

Tried to stop for lunch, the restaurant was 3/4 empty tables, and when the host finally acknowledged us we were told we would have to be on the waiting list for 10 min. 20 min later we left and had an excellent meal at Fuji Asian Buffet instead with no wait. Used to love going here, but has really gone downhill.

Used to love coming here. The food still holds up and is pretty tasty. Most of the staff has changed in the years I have been going here. There’s also no music or anything playing in here so it’s kind of awkwardly silent. Most recently my wife and I went there for takeout. We had never done it before, when we arrived we asked questions about how it worked. We went to the line with our special bowls and loaded up. The sauce station was pretty filthy and handles very sticky had to wipe our hands down with paper towels while waiting in line. I told the cook who took our food that these were going to be to-go orders, not sure if I had to say anything or not. I was completely ignored by them and received no acknowledgement. Once our food was cooked a different cook put our food on plates and we had to inform him they were to-go and we needed to-go containers and he was very nice about the mistake and corrected it. Then we went back to the bar to get a bag and our rice that we paid for. The bar tender helping us let us stand there for awhile before telling us she would be right with us, then went to go give a couple tables their bills before coming back and slowly putting our rice into bowls and sending us on our way. Spent a little too much time waiting at the bar with a to-go order if you ask me. Not a great experience. Would still consider take ou if I don’t have to go in and get my own phone and can just pick it up when ready. Do not see the appeal in dining in here any more.

The food here is amazing! But don’t be skimpy on the sauces! It says at least 5 or 6 ladles, I say a minimum of 7 and you’ll be good!

Had to make trip to Dubuque and ran across this place. Once we saw it was a Mongolian bbq we had to go. This is a true Mongolian bbq for us. Would definitely go back.

Decent buffet for the price. Usually pretty good wait staff. Does feel short staffed at times though.

Food was great. Little slow refilling empty food pans and the sauces bar.
