I made my first visit to HuHot Mongolian grill in quite a while. It was kind of nice to find that the environment was the same. Very familiar and predictable. Even though it was very busy, we were still able to be seated and move through the line in a timely manner. They still have a good variety of noodles and vegetables as well as meats. They do have tofu available. It is important for the vegetarians and vegans to know that the tofu was there, but they have it at the end of the buffet with other vegetables. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to move the tofu down with the meats as a protein option. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean and well organized and managed a rather large crowd fairly well. It’s always fun to watch the cooks at work. And the meal was delicious just as I remembered.

Food is always amazing, and pretty tidy considering it’s buffet style. I think it could be a little bit more handicap accessible, since the only entrance after planet fitness was built has a steep ledge that made it almost impassable in my wheelchair. But the staff came to help me get inside, and they’re always friendly

The food is delicious. The wait staff was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the fact that certain sauces are often empty, which happened again. When the stock person came out & I asked her about the Hoisin sauce, she responded very RUDELY & proceeded to nearly ram right into me, (had I not moved, she would’ve run into me) & she just kept going.

It’s almost like it’s your own recipe…oh wait it is! They have a very good selection of ingredients and sauces to suit any taste. It takes a few trips to get it just right but it is worth it. And, you get as many drink refills as you can handle. Always a go to for a relaxing lunch.

We enjoy coming here bc it’s whatever you want to make. However it can be overwhelming for your first couple times. Figuring out the right sauces bc there are Soo many. They do have a chart you can go off of that has a recipe guide line for the sauces. Service is hit or miss though. The staff is friendly but under staffed most of the time.
