Unique concept. The place is clean. Create your own meal by choosing from a large assortment of proteins, vegetables, and sauces. Then, have your meal cooked in front of you on a large grill by a very talented chef. Make as many trips as you like. Comes with steamed right. The chef was extremely personal and went out of his way to make sure everyone knew what they were doing and that their meals were satisfactory. Just a solid, tasty meal for a decent price. It is impossible to go away hungry.

Used to love this place… But walked in at 745 on a Sunday to be told to wait outside, as there was a 15-20 minute wait… Look at the pics, like 3 tables of people, and no line anywhere…

Not the best. The meal was expensive, which I was willing to pay for what I always get there. But they ran out of several items and never replenished it, then told me they had no more. The meat had a weird taste to it and so did most of the veggies. The noodles and tofu were all that were good, but as I said before, they didn’t have the tofu anymore. Not satisfied with this meal at all. The place was really loud too because of music playing.

I literally come here every week. Not once has the policy been to pre-pay this NEW manager profile because he was handing me the bowl and then pulled back and said I need to prepay. I asked why and he said nothing. I said that’s not how this works and he said. Y’ALL walkout. Completely racist. Will never go again, ever!!

We have just recently started to visit this location and we like it much more than others we’ve been to. The staff here has been awesome so far and the food has been cooked to perfection. HuHot is a family favorite. What we like best is the build your own bowl concept. Everyone gets exactly what they want and the quantity they can eat. You can go back as many times as you want. The only downside is getting your food next to someone who has a different flavor preference than you and don’t know why your mouth is on fire?
