I highly suggest you check ingredient availability before ordering. Sesame oil & ginger are very important in building your meal. These two are also the most commonly absent (in my experience). Anyone with a little cooking experience can easily create a better meal than the offered pre-made sauces. Great option to stretch your creativity and grow your tastes. Had some very undercooked chicken. When we returned to the grill, they informed us that they couldn’t put it back on the grill because it was contaminated now. Sure, like everyone wasn’t touching all the food on the buffet line seconds before it all goes on the same grill. Anyway, they sent it back to the table with us. I guess they were ok with us eating it? If it’s contamination they are worried about, a good general scrub would be where I would start.

We let the server and the cook know we needed gluten free meals. The grill was cleaned before our food placed on, but then the same utensils were used for our food and everyone else’s. The worse part is the chef used the same tools for pork, seafood, and beef all at different stages of cooking without cleaning at all. This is a huge health hazard not just for those with allergen needs. We immediately asked for the check when we sat down and saw the shrimp wasn’t even fully cooked. We were charged full price for two buffets without eating a bite and leaving immediately after seeing the health and safety violations.

We ate there and when they were out of mushrooms, we told them. When they filled up the mushrooms, we put them with our dish. When they got cooked and we sat back down at the table, something stunk. My husband about puked. The mushrooms were bad. We told them and they told us they were fine. They left them out for others to eat. Usually we have good luck there.

I absolutely love, love, love their Jalapeño chicken. Tempura fish is great too. Food is really good and No MSG which I am allergic to. They even have an area that you choose your meats and vegetables and then they cook it for you.
