This was our 2nd attempt at eating here. The first we arrived at 7pm but the hostess didn’t show up for 20 minutes then informed us they would be closing in 40 minutes and she recommended eating elsewhere.

Food was overall very good. The manager gets a little chatty which is fine when he has enough cooks to manage the grill but there were several times he stood and chatted so long that all the sauce burned away and left the food tasteless. (I used the exact same recipie, ingredients and quantity of ingredients and got different taste results due to his inattentiveness) overall still the BEST mongolian grill between Flagstaff, Vegas, and Phoenix! Wait staff is always hard to get refills or pick up plates. There is little reason to have 15 cups and a stack of plates more then 10 high for 5 people… Overall if you haven’t eaten here you must give it a try! Don’t fill your bowl very full with meat and veggies and make sure it looks like soup before you give it to them to cook! This will make your food very flavorful and you won’t get as full or bored as fast because you can go up several times and try different flavor combinations!!

Waited at the doors forever and was finally greeted in passing and told they were cleaning off tables for us (there were tons of open tables and we were getting carryout anyway). Finally got the attention of someone who said “follow me” and then disappeared into the back with no explanation. Eventually she came out and told us to go get our food for carryout. The food area was pretty unappetizing, everything was messy, food all over the place on the counter and did not look fresh. Many of the containers were nearly empty. Put in 6 ladels of sauce as the sign instructed but even that did not give the food any flavor. It took forever to get the host’s attention again to check out. Ended up spending over 20 mins for a carryout order and being extremely disappointed in the quality and taste. Took a few bites and threw it out. I’m not sure why this place has raving reviews; perhaps we came on a bad day. Not recommended.
