I have gotten pizza for many years from Howie’s at many locations. But after my experience last night I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered, called right after to give instructions about delivery. Was told ok, “I will let them know”. After waiting for over an hour I called to see about my order. Was told they had no record of the order. I let them know I had called. The manager asked employees who spoke to me. What a surprise, no one spoke to me. So after waiting over an hour I wasn’t getting food. Manager should have apologized and offer to make it and get it to me right away. He did say sorry and tell me to have a nice day. But I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. While he was on the phone with me, the phone rang at least 20 times and no one answered it. Just sad to see the way they are ruining the Hungry Howie name. Everyone wants more money to give less service.

I usually like Hungry Howies. We placed an order online to be paid for in cash including a $10 cash tip. 1hr after placing the order the pizza was due… 10:20pm they switched the deliveries to “Doordash Deliveries”… Doordash only delivers Orders ALREADY PAID FOR. Then they forwarded there phones. Assholes

No dine-in. So used to CA with transparent prices displayed, MI is still the wild west. You have to ask what prices are, and if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it. Sales tax % not printed. Pull out your algebra textbooks from middle school and you will find sales tax is 6%. Cashier let me off $.02, very humane treatment, or he didn’t have coins. Bulletproof glass like at the bank. Pizza is really good but $$. They have flavored crust! And they are busy, order in advance. Everyone’s trying to get an unsatisfied discount on next purchase. This place is definitely better than 3 stars, would come again.

Usually this hungrys Howie’s is good but I’m extremely disappointed in my order this evening. The pizza showed up cold twenty minutes after the 40 minute expected delivery time. I ordered lite sauce, there was extra. My dad’s pizza had no cheese on it or sesame seeds as ordered. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Lilly is not in control of her store, it was complete chaos from the moment I walked in. A full lobby, a bunch of yelling back and forth, mean faces every where, upset customers walking out, and overall rude bad experience. Domino’s is down the street, I’ll give them a shot. Plenty of options, why be rude lilly?

Ordered pickup online. No option to pre pay with a card online. Sent my dad to pick up the order. They forgot the 2 liter and sides, my dad had to ask for them after he was handed the pizza and told “have a nice day.” They forgot a topping on the pizza that is clearly on the ticket taped to the box. Pizza is topped very sloppy as well, all toppings in piles in middle of the pizza instead of spread evenly across whole pizza. My dad stated the location didn’t seem busy when he went to pick up the order and there were at least 6 employees he could see from the lobby. It was aThursday at 430 pm. Also the brand new card reader wasn’t working when my dad tried to pay with a card.
