Well I’ll be honest I’m not a big fan of HHs. I’m not really sure why though. This is a place that the pizza isn’t great or terrible. They do have different flavored crust which people like. I ate the food and really didn’t complain. It’s weird that I’m so neutral on their pies. Will I go back? I’m sure I’ll eat it again, it just might not be me going there.

Update: 7/38/2023 We still say this location should have 5 stars! Kevin knows my husband and I are loyal HH pizza fans. Today, we gave a homeless woman a job to do at our home and then offered HH pizza along with the amount of money she needed. We decided to take our fave pizza to her friends also. Kevin generously gave us a discount for their pizzas. GOD bless you, Kevin…and Hungry Howies for their generosity!

Worst experience ever, store manager said he didn’t have a boss ! We got an order that was picked up by Uber two pizzas an 2 subs. The subs were still very doughy explain this to the store manager and told him I am disabled and do not drive that’s why we order through Uber Eats he then told me that he needed the subs back to you make two new ones and I said that was fine because they had not been ate. But he would not send his driver back out. And he was not making any free food. I then told him I would like his district managers number he said that he didn’t have a boss and that I get over it. I will send emails to every Hungry Howie’s that’s ever been built until something is done about this extremely unprofessional rude manager that has no business having Authority of any restaurant. Is a shame to I Really Love Hungry Howie’s but I won’t order again Beyond disappointed!! If This guy was truly the store manager they have to have the worst reviews.

I went to order from them yesterday and the manager I assume was standing outside and wanted to be rude so I left and went to China Kitchen instead. Come to think of it, I don’t know why I ever considered this store in the first place as the food is overpriced, low quality, and every pizza I’ve ever bought from them had the toppings burned.

Worst service I have ever had. Waited 2 hours for a pizza. Called 3 times within those two hours and the staff gave me the run around. Asked for my money back or a discount and the manager hung up on me. Good luck here!

The worst customer service ever i always get my pizza every week there for the price I pay so today I walked in and it was $10 over lol.
