We went to eat breakfast on a Monday and the server we got was just something else. First of all, when ordering I asked the meat portion (oz) of the classic burger, she did not know and said “hmm I don’t know but it’s a decent portion” so I asked if I can add more meat for an additional charge and she said no. Then my daughter asked if she could get another set of utensils because hers were dirty. She then said “oh I can bring you another one but all utensils look like that. I’ll bring you a cup of hot water for you to soak them there and it’ll go away”. That was just crazy, if utensils are dirty I can’t imagen how the rest of the establishment is specially the kitchen. Not to mention that her appearance wasn’t the best at least not professional. Once we got our food she brought them all piled up and of course all plates had food in the bottom. She then proceed to hand over the plates instead of placing them on the table. I was looking over my 6 month old baby and she still expected me to grab my plate from her hands. Once it was time to pay on a bill of almost $80 I left a $5 tip I know the proper amount is at least a 15% tip but because of all these things I decided not to.

By far the worst IHOP I’ve visited. The server was very dismissive and does not pay attention to detail. My food took forever to come because he forgot to print my receipt. When it did arrive- there was a nasty hair on my eggs. He agreed to change it but brought it back the same as before with additional hair in my plate… Cleanliness is important when preparing food for others!

I ordered my food online and went to pick up my order the Server was not at the front desk and had a pre-teen who didn’t know what he was doing at the register and then hostess finally came and gave me a nasty attitude about my order. I didn’t appreciate how the customer service was handled and the food was not even all that great to begin with. They will never get another dollar from me! Good luck

I waited there patiently to pick up my order because I can see they were busy and didn’t want to overwhelm them the more. I was at the front of the line and the staff didn’t even ask me what I was there for plus there was barely anyone attending to the customers. It is poorly staffed and the workers can’t even handle anything if they can’t even do their job properly.

be patient when visiting they’re definitely short staffed. it took 30 min to be able to sit down . the girl who sits you down had a very bad attitude but my waiter was the sweetest and she was on it making sure we were well and even made me an iced coffee even tho the restaurant doesnt offer it anymore . food was good as well.

Not sure about the food, but I came in one day due to the OPEN 24 HOURS sign and no one wanted to work. There was a guy vacuuming and on the phone or listening to music who saw us enter but chose to ignore us. So I proceeded to walk to the kitchen. When I got to that window, I asked the cook if someone could help us and he told us one moment. Then the guy with headphones on said oh my bad I thought y’all were picking up food, I could have helped y’all. Then someone came from the back and gave us menus and told us that after a certain time it’s pickup or delivery only and that the lobby closes at a certain time despite what all signage says. Hopefully I never have to come back to this location and if I do, I pray they feel like working.
