So I’ve cut back a lot on coming to Imo’s because of the inconsistency. Decided to give it another try the other day since it’s been a few months. The pizza at any Imo’s I visit seems to be so hit or miss. They barely put any sauce on the pizza anymore, so when you request extra sauce, They give you zero sauce. Maybe you all should come up with an exact amount of sauce for regular, extra, or double. It makes all the difference in the world in how the pizza tastes. Same goes for cheese. For the price to keep going up and the relevant deals to keep going down, it’s the reason why I’ve started going to other pizza spots around town.

I haven’t had a bad experience. Usually I call in my order and when I arrive, it is ready to go. As far as the pizza goes, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I am quite selfish when it comes to Imo’s. My family and friends are aware that I will not share and they will have to buy their own. I will put this disclaimer out there – everyone may not like it but I enjoy it! For newbies, I think maybe trying the kids size pizza or getting a smaller one during the lunch special since it is more affordable that way.

Online order of a large 4 topping pizza, ravs and fries. *SUPER fast delivery from the time it was ordered to the delivery. Pizza cooked perfect and tasted great, as were the sides. Definitely a difference between the Illinois Imo’s we ordinarily order from and this St. Louis location, it was reeeeeally good.

I ordered a medium sausage pizza with 3 extra toppings which I’ve eaten often in the past at other locations. Today at this location the pizza Taste AWFUL. No seasonings. I won’t ever go back. I’m pretty sure the crust was made of cardboard.

Horrible experience, gave these people multiple chances and the pizza was not fresh this last time . The manager John was very rude and disrespectful, I asked for corporate number he hung up and said I can Google it !! Do not shop at this location !!!! I have / other locations nearby this just happened to be the one that delivers ! That man was very rude and never apologized for the burnt pizza he said to dig it out the trash can very racist . I’ll be following up with corporate !!!! High nasty stuff I can go to Cecil whitakers across from them ! Much better! I see why they have such bad reviews and since he hung being disrespectful, I will buy the building and see who he answers to .

Always enjoy a good IMO’s pizza . What can I say, it’s “the square beyond compare.” This location has always been good to us. Nice staff, accurate order and always very timely. Clean and there is seating inside and out if you’d like to eat there. Can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed using this location whether to pick up or if we have them deliver. I certainly recommend this location to anyone who has the urge for a great IMO’s Pizza.

Specifically for Imos Olive east management. We’ve lived in this area for 4.5 years and have ordered pretty frequently during that time. I ordered the fall feast today, went up to get it- the kids working were very friendly and provided good service. However, I got home and grabbed the pizza out of my car along with the toasted raviolis and salad, trying to balance everything I dropped the pizza, and caught it vertically. Ran inside and opened it and of course it was non edible- all the toppings were off. Of course I’m all upset and my fiancé was like just call up there I’m sure they’ll remake it. we call up there and explain what happened, and asked if we could bring the pizza up and have it remade. The manager missy, could’ve cared less showed no compassion whatsoever, and replied it wasn’t their fault so they wouldn’t be remaking it. Ok, sure, it was my fault- but it was an accident that happened within minutes of getting the pizza… the lack of customer service just blows my mind that after spending close to $40 we have no pizza eat. I feel like she was acting like we were trying to get a free pizza when we were going to bring the damaged pizza up. I don’t know maybe that’s unreasonable of us to think they’d remake it? So, I called some other pizza places- cecils and papa Johns, pretending I ordered from them and told them the scenario, just to see what their response was- and they were both so nice and said sorry that happened and to bring it up so they could remake it! So, gave us the answer- won’t be going to Imos anymore.
