I love in-and-out they are always happy they seem to always be ready to serve you they like their job the food is always fresh French fries you have to eat quickly . I ordered a lettuce rap forgot to ask them without the cheese when I got to the window I apologize the lady correctly my order without any questions customer service a plus I would definitely go back . I wish they would give the young people warmer clothes that stand outside at 12 midnight to take your order however. Drive-through moves pretty fast.

The food is not up to in n out standard we are used to. The burgers are not seasoned well and the fries are luke cold. Such a disappointment when we rarely eat out at fast food restaurants… To get this just sucks! Yes, the experience makes me revert to lacking adult words to express myself. Any hoots, we will settle for having in n out at main thoroughfares one to Vegas or the Bay Area only where they churn out fresh food due to tourists.

One of the more chaotic and uncomfortable in and out burgers. The indoor dining area was not packed, but it was nonetheless definitely noisy, not especially clean, and overall unpleasant. I ordered my burger without onions, and there were onions. I ordered my fries extra crispy, and I watched the cook drop already cooked french fries back into the fry oil.

We were excited to stop at an In-N-Out again, since we are from Florida and do not have one there. Our order was wrong (toppings mainly) but it didnt stop us from enjoying these amazing burgers and animal style fries. This is definitely a must stop when visiting California. Just make sure you get your order right.
