I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget through drive through, we drove a couple minutes down the road my son realized they gace us the incorrect order we came back. The lady didn’t apologize, instead she charged me again for the correct order. That staff lacks competence.

This new location is light years beyond the JITB located on 380 @ Crossroads! This crew of professional, courteous, accurate and always provide service with a smile. The food is fresh and hot items are HOT, while cold items are always nice and chilled as they should be. Only once have I received curly fries that weren’t piping hot….and that was remedied immediately, without hesitation when I brought it to their attention.

I visited this place last weekend and I am very disappointed with this new location’s staff. Just before the pay window in the drive thru there’s a huge poster advertising a new side item mix pack. I was so excited after I saw it, so I told him to please add one to my order. Which shouldn’t be a big deal right? I hadn’t paid yet and my food still wasn’t ready. He then tells me to hold on and proceeds to go ask someone else if he can add it to my order and she tells him no, complete with eye rolling. He then relayed that to me, and said that I’d have to go back through the drive thru to order it if I wanted it. I asked him why they’d put an advertising sign up after the order screen and right before the pay window if they didn’t want you to add it? He had no explanation and the amount of time he took asking was more than it would have taken to fulfill my reasonable request. You should relocate that poster to be next to the ordering screen if you don’t want to alienate anymore customers.

Went in late night to order food. Everyone was busy serving drive thru orders. There were 3 of us waiting in line to order food inside store but nobody cared even to greet or even tell us to wait. A couple of them came around the counter but never cared to even respond. Waited around 10 mins and left to McD.

Worse service I ever had at this company. The employee was rude and disrespectful and was to lazy to make a shake because she wanted to sit down and watch her show. You can see her watching her show in the dinning room of the store. She got the main food correct but, didn’t want the extra clean up.

This location has failed me twice. Initially, they had their open sign lit up and this is a 24 hour location but when you drove up to the window they denied service saying they are doing maintenance. Why not turn off your open sign then? Second time, paid for a drink and they forgot to give it to me. Called them and they never to answer. Their phone line doesn’t even work properly. I’ll take my business to another location.
