Made an order on the app. Wasn’t ready at the drive thru had to go park and wait for my order. Roast beef was not good had a slimy texture to it. Very little cheese and sauce.

Awful… Smelled like marijuana at the drive through… Waited 10 mins for “fresh fries” to be made… They were not fresh. Maybe reheated even. My chicken and bacon were so hard I couldn’t eat my chicken club wrap. The apple turnover was also too hard to eat.

We got a three piece chicken tender and a sandwich. My boyfriend and I got curly fries with our food and had to wait close to 20 minutes. The people working had no idea what they were doing. The lady who took our order told us to pull up to the yellow flowers instead of an actual parking spot. It was just awful.

Pulled up to the drive thru with only one car in the line that pulled away as soon as I drove up. The guy told me to give then a minute while they caught up although there was no one in the drive thru. After almost 20 min of waiting he still said there was two drive thru orders they needed to finish up before they could take my order. I left before ever taking my order. The guy was extremely rude.

They were short staffed when we went to drive thru. We had 3 dogs with us and since we had to wait a few minutes, the girl who took our payment gave us a Pup Cup for the dogs which was very sweet of her to do.

Horrible service. Horrible attitudes by the staff. Was overcharged and didn’t get half the food I ordered then got argued with that I didn’t order the food I said I did. Showed my receipt and still didn’t get the food that wasn’t there on the tray, last time I will ever go there and that girl needs an attitude adjustment and to honestly be fired on how she treated and talked to customers

It’s 48 dollars to feed a family of four at Arbys now – and it’s not even a pleasant experience. Cold food, shake machine down, condiments empty, napkins aren’t stocked, forgetting the dipping sauces from the order, etc etc. All this with an almost entirely empty dining room. What happens when it gets busy?!!
