The absolutely worst place I have ever been too, the service here is truly the worst no friendliness what so ever when you walk in. They look at you and just ask you what you want. No hi welcome or anything, they look so upset and have an attitude. Then after they took our order it took them 47 minutes to actually get us our food and not just that they got it wrong as well. We were missing our onion rings and got the wrong sandwich as well. It is so sad to see this people not happy with there jobs work and doing a messy job and not wanting to make you ever come again.

I visited here because I live in Michigan and there are no locations there. It’s been 13 years since the last time I had this. The food took forever because the drive thru cashier was conversing for like 10 minutes with the car in front of us. Everything we ordered was cold. The burgers were wet from sitting, basically falling apart. I remember the food being good before, not this time. The experience was ruined. Tell me how you have a line in drive thru but cold food coming out? You’re cashier would rather talk with friends in drive thru instead of handing out food on time. There were no napkins, no sauces.
