I have dined in and have had take out, never a problem. In fact, pleasantly surprised with the variety of veggies in my salads! Each time I have been to the new location I have seen the same staff member and she remembers my daughter the salad eater each time. I like Zekos and happy t have them “off the beat-and-path”, close to home 🙂

I was forced to provide a star rating. You got one because of that, and that alone!

The owner is the rudest person i have ever met. I called in an order. Over an hour later, it still was not ready. Instead of apologizing, she tried to blame me for the delay. Will NEVER eat there again. I will make sure I let everyone I know about Zekos. FYI. The food isn’t even that great. Next time, I will go to Elizabeth’s

Had a fantastic Chicken on Pita last week! Super-clean restaurant with friendly staff. The owners are both hands-on so you know it’s going to be done right the first time. They also have a food truck that I’ve eaten at a few times. Consistent quality throughout the organization. My preference would be the truck. There’s something about a Pita that lends itself to street food. If you can’t find the truck, go to the restaurant. You’ll be happy you did.

I was a loyal customer until Sunday night. I called in an order for two Philly Steak & Cheese subs. One was mayo and mushroom only 8″ and the second was a 12″. I couldn’t find a menu so I looked online and found one for them on urban spoon that’s where I saw the 12″. The girl on the phone seemed confused to begin with but eventually said that they came with a side of my choice so I chose homemade chips for both, she gave me a total for 17.00 plus some change. That didn’t sound right too me because the prices on the urban spoon menu were different but I decided to straighten it out once I got there instead of over the phone. So 15 minutes later I show up and the first thing the girl says is “I gave you the wrong total” so I instantly thought great they figured it out without me saying anything. But to my horror she said my new total was $21.32. I was like what I aint paying that for 2 steak and cheese with homemade chips. The owner both of them were there while the guy never said anything the woman who I think is his wife came out and started off by telling me that the menu on urban spoon was 5 years old and that prices have changed. I said that’s not my fault I mean it’s their responsibility as owners to keep up with that kind of stuff. If I didn’t in my business I would be out of business. Then she went on to say that they charge 1.00 per item more at night and that they do not offer a 12” anymore except for their “regulars” and when they make one they automatically add double the meat. First off I didn’t order double meat I didn’t ask for and you should not assume that’s OK to do that. Secondly NOWHERE on your menu does it state you charge $1.00 extra at night. And finally as I said before it’s not my fault you can’t keep up with your online menus. You could call urban spoon and have them take that old menu down or send them an updated one. So taking in the extra charges of 1.00 per item extra and the double meat $1.99 I didn’t ask for my total should have been roughly $16.92 with tax. Now granted they charged me extra for a 12” so that comes out to roughly $1.10 cent per inch. But in all honesty that really isn’t the issue here. At not time was the owners apologetic for the obvious miss communication but she seemed almost mad cause I was questioning the amount. The only person that apologized was the girl that took my order. I told her I would not be back and I will not nor will any of my family EVER! She told me after I still had to wait on my food after 15 minutes another 10 minutes that she hoped I would reconsider. I took my food and left. I feel like if yo want to keep customers you make them happy no matter what. It’s not my fault they cannot manage their business online better and that they are in a crappy location. I waited a couple of days to post this just to cool off. I would have been much nastier Sunday night. Good bye Zeko’s

This place is just a hub for their food truck, the actual dinning room and kitchen is NEVER OPEN.

Please be careful eating at the Food Truck if you have food allergies. I have an allergy to a common food ingredient and asked if it were included in the dish I was ordering. The lady assured me it was not included but hours later I was severely reacting. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the ingredient, the lady who answered said “we don’t add any additional”. I felt that was deceptive when I had asked was any of the ingredient included – not if they added extra. No apologies and no corrective action suggested.

This place has the worse customer service ever. I order food for me and a group of people. NO ONE enjoyed their food. It was cold, and hard when it arrived, and was not made correctly. Managers were very rude also. Will NEVER return to this establishment again.

I stopped by Zeko’s around 3 this afternoon, and they were closed. There was another guest in the parking lot, she proceeded to open the door of the restaurant, as she couldn’t believe they were closed. Well, I guess I will have to go elsewhere on my lunch break, after wasting time and gas, only to find Zeko’s closed.
