Went today and had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good but the issue is, they overcharged me for them. Then someone else ordered it and they overcharged them too. Charged me 8.35 the proce should have been 7.49. May be trivial but if they did it to 2 people within 5 minutes, how many more people do they do it to?

First time ever going to a Jersey Mikes. I havent eaten the food yet, but I gotta say that the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions on what to get because i looked unsure, and then struck up a conversation about Zelda games when they saw a Triforce symbol on my wallet. Cool place!

I have to preface this by saying that I have never felt the need to complain about a business before, after working in retail for many years. My order was made correctly, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for one sub to be ready. If they were very busy I would have understood, however there was only one person in front of me, and the FOUR employees were fooling around behind the counter and clearly weren’t focused on doing their job. This is also the only business I have been into since everything opened back up to normal where you still can’t go up to the counter to order, which definitely slowed down the process even more. I love Jersey Mike’s and have been to many other locations with significantly better service than this one. Next time I will probably go to a different location, unfortunately.

Just got off work couldn’t make it to the food store for some deli meat so I thought I would try the next best thing. WRONG the last couple of times I’ve been at the shrewsbury location there us always some kind of problem. First it was the employee sweeping the floor he was going to use the same gloves he was sweeping the floor with to make my sandwich, I had to tell him to please change his gloves, this should have been my last visit, then it was today when i was looking at the menu and they were texting on there phones I had to ask them to change their gloves. So now I should have just walked out because I didn’t need the attitude. But no I put my order in for a mini #8. I like o/v on the side they usually put it in the bag with the sub so it doesn’t open up well guess what happen o/v had open in the bag and now it’s all over my car seat and work papers. I think this was done on purpose . I’m just going to think 3 times before I head in to any jersey mikes. Omg just imagine if people order online what are they really eating

I just wanted to leave a review and say thar the staff here is wonderful. I accidentally placed an order here and the gentleman that answered the phone called me back and made sure I was calling the right store. Turns out I called the New Jersey Jersey Mike’s (this store) when I meant to call the one in Pennsylvania. Wonderful job! If I’m ever in New Jersey I’m 100% stopping by!

They make a delicious Philly Cheese Stake ! I got there largest , enough for two meals. Like to heat it up in air fryer. Bread becomes crisp and tastes like it was just made.
