My issue is the customer service staff working on 10/28/2022. I received my order around 9pm and as I unwrapped my sandwich i Realize I had wheat bread instead and of regular bread. This is this stores second time doing this and I do don’t appreciate it at all. I do not like wheat bread I would have just preferred the entire order be canceled instead of made wrong. Anyways . I call and a Caucasian lady answer the phone (sound like a older lady). I said yes I’m calling about my order I placed online . She replies what’s your name…. I STATED “….” . She ask what was the problem and I kindly told her my order is incorrect I did not order wheat bread . She proceeds to say “well you got that because that’s all I had left very rudely and disgusting” after that point we began arguing and she hung up in my face. I call back and she pick up and hung up on me again saying “we closed” . I called back again and she kept hanging up in my face . At this point I’m very angry and highly disappointed with jersey mikes for hiring someone like that who clearly doesn’t care about the customers. Her attitude was so disgusting I instantly felt sick to my stomach. Not to mention I am a loyal customer at jersey mikes and I spend good money . Faithfully with this establishment. I never do not appreciate being treat this way at all . I would appreciate if someone from jersey mikes support team could reach out to me and immediately to further discuss this matter.

It’s actually been a while since I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s, damn entirely brand new staff the manager on duty was very nice and talkative. Also demands you display a very nice customer service, basically I haven’t witnessed that great of customer service and quite a while I was actually impressed. I can’t remember her name but I’ll be sure to go there again definitely, she’s renewed my faith and trust in this location

For the second time in a month, I’ve placed an order through Uber Eats and they’ve forgotten the same sandwich. If you don’t have items on your menu, you should not take customers money. It’s dishonest.

I entered the store about 7:55 pm. The guy Tay who said he was acting manager was fixing sandwiches. He was throwing the food and acting very aggressive because he had to make the call in order. He never acknowledged me and proceeded to make three orders. Meanwhile, another employee was outside smoking in front of the store. Once he entered his pants were sagging below his but and he had on slides. Very Unprofessional!! Once Tay finished making all of the sandwiches after leaving a mess he looks up at me like what you want. I asked was he going to clean up before making my sandwiches and did he have any more lettuce. He said no to both questions. So, after waiting almost 15 minutes I left with no sandwiches. The service was horrible the restaurant is not stocked and needs to be cleaned up. I have visited Jersey Mikes all over Atlanta ans this was the worst. I know they are supposed to wipe the meat machine and clear the sandwich area after every sandwich. This is just sanitary and common protocol.

I ordered my sub online. I go to pick it up and still had to wait. I wasn’t acknowledged upon entering the store. When I asked about my pick up order, I was told it was “on the table’. I ordered a turkey and provolone with no oregano, 3 chocolate chip cookies, and Classic lays. I watched her make my sandwich and she definitely put oregano on it. I didn’t hassle her to make it over because I already waited long enough. Then she tells me, oh we don’t have any classic lays. I said “No classics? And you put oregano on my sandwich?” She says “Oh no, I took it off”. I watched her make my sandwich. She didn’t take anything off. Then I ask about the cookies, and all they have is sugar cookies when I ordered chocolate chip. No apologies, no discount offer, no f***s given. I will not be returning to that location!

This is the worse Jerseys Mike in Georgia if not the chain. No lie – no such thing as customer service. Always an issue here but this evening I go into the restaurant to order two sandwiches and the guy is a taking an order then immediately goes to the grill to make two sandwiches. No acknowledgement or I’ll be with you. 10 minutes later he rings up the customer and takes my order. I order two sandwiches and he tells me he can only make one per customer because he’s the only person on shift yet he just made two. He shrugs his shoulders and says it is what it is. We should get better service than this in this community. I hope corporate or management reads this review. This location hands down is always a 1/10. I wish I had other sub options in the area but from now on I won’t be returning here.
