We stopped in here for a quick lunch before heading to AMI for the day on our vacation last week. The service was tremendous! The staff was plentiful, the guy working the grill was engaging with the customers, and the food was delicious. When the guy on the grill learned it was our son’s first visit to a Jersey Mike’s he suggested the #17 and talked him through the ordering process. Then he came out to check on all of us midway through the meal. We Texans sure loved the hospitality!

Have been coming here for years and always had a decent sandwich. This past Sunday, 4-22-23, however was a different story and very disappointing. I ordered a Giant Cheese steak requesting less pepper and onions on one side. When I picked up the bag it felt light, but I thought it could be the weight distribution in the carrying bag with handles made it feel different. Then when I got it home and opened it up to share with my mother, there appeared to be the amount meat, Cheese, and peppers/onions for half of this sandwich spread out barely onto this Giant sandwich…basically hardly any substance to the sandwich. I understand the cost of everything is going up, but it shouldn’t lack the same quality or quantity one expects. If I wasn’t in a rush to get up to Tampa for a TB Lightning playoff game, I would have definitely brought it back to the store… instead, I just scrapped the insides into one half of the sandwich for my mom.

Ordered through doordash after receiving my order it was not edible. The sandwich was drenched in vinegar both sides of the bread were SOAKED. Called the store to explain what was wrong after spending $20 on one sandwich. The kid who answered the phone said it was “common” and he didn’t know what to do so he put a manager on the phone.The “manager” was extremely disrespectful. Went there and the three teenagers that were on their phones and seemed really annoyed had no care for what i had to say. I asked for a refund or my money back. Then they just started laughing about the situation seeing that i was agitated over this. I then asked for a manger and was told there is no manager on duty. So i’m confused on how i spoke to a manager and then she’s gone 5 minutes later? They just kept laughing and asking for a tip? so i walked out. spent over $55 dollars on this horrible experience. I will never be coming back to this location!

Whatever kid you’ve got there at this hour was rude to my wife. We spent $30 on 2 subs, the bread was hard as a rock. He denied making it again and she has always been kind to everyone. I called; and you guys hung up on me twice.. but I know your district manager. You’ll be hearing from me kid. I once gave this location six stars. You don’t belong here. I’ll be coming by myself to visit. He told my wife she was just looking for free food. I’ve been spending money here for over a year. I live right across the street.

Went last Sunday around 4. They had no bread. Said could bake some but would be a half hour. Had not been there for a while due to condition of store. Was worse this time. The place is filthy. Grill dirty with caked on food. Counter full-of crumbs and deli meats, cheese, lettuce. Pieces of food on slicers. Had a coupon for giant subs and would not honor for sub in a tub even though they had no bread. Staff acted like they didn’t care. 3 or 4 others walked out as we did.

Ok, this place is definitely making an effort to get better. I came in the peak of the lunch rush, and it looked like every single employee understood the urgency of the lunch hour without compromising service and attitude. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Looks like there’s an actual manager on duty during peak hours now, which is a huge step up from where this place was at recently. Below is my old review – I have to give them credit for stepping up and responding. Only complaint – take a look at my soggy sandwich pic.
