Perfect dining experience! The food was amazing, prices very fair, and service was unbeatable. We were taken care of by John and he was attentive, friendly and fast. He never stopped! The deep fried mushrooms and soup were delicious! The baked fish was dry but the tartar sauce made up for that. Coleslaw and macaroni salad were tasty as well. Lots of alcohol in the pina colada! We will return for sure!

I ordered the seafood platter and it was delicious. They were very fast at preparing my order. It was crowded but they got me in and out quickly. Friendly cashiers they all greeted me at the door with smiles. Made sure everything was good while I waited. The food was superb I will be back.

I lived in Niagara Falls off and on for over 20 years growing up and never ate at the Jet Port. Finally, on my way home to Hamilton from NYC I decided I would get a beef on weck to take home (which are impossible to get in Canada). Drove an hour, got home, warmed it up in the air fryer for 10 minutes and it was still one of the best beef on wecks I have had! Really tender beef, great roll, proper size portion, why the heck did I never go here when I lived near by! I will definitely go back soon, really good!

Came in for breakfast and told we could sit anywhere. Sat at the first table but the waitress asked us to move because that’s where regulars like to sit. We picked a second table and the waitress,”maybe not there either” then took us into a back room by the bathrooms. She brought us coffee then we never saw her again. Another waitress took care of tables around us but she never acknowledged us. We finally just got up and paid for coffee and left.
