There prices have gone so high that I contacted the owner. He told me sorry about my luck. I quit going there. It was my favorite pizza. I went there at least 2 times a week for more then 8 years. Sorry about my luck. I hope everyone chooses another pizza place. They don’t care about there customers at all. All about money!!!!!!!!!!

So the first thing that is going to happen is a “higher up” from the restaurant is going to comment. Know that I have personally ordered from this SPECIFIC Jets over 50 times and have provided literally thousands of contributions to Google in the form of reviews/photos/etc. This place is a DISASTER. It was not always like this but sorry it is now. Do NOT place an order if you expect your food in a specific window of time or even the stated window of time on the site when you order. Lord help you if you have the audacity to order on an “outsourced to Doordash” night. Go eat THERE the food is delicious. Do NOT EVER order delivery from this nightmare store.

A kind patient noticed that ER staff was busy and decided to order pizzas for the nursing staff. The the pizza did not show up until an hour and a 1/2 after jet’s closed at 11 PM. It was delivered by a jet’s delivery driver. When we opened up the boxes one pizza was missing a slice and it looked to have a feather on 1 of the slices in there. The other was burnt and both pizzas were cold. It is rather peculiar rather peculiar that 2 pizzas were delivered an hour and a 1/2 after jets closed. This is not the way to treat ANY customer. We will not be ordering from Jets again. We would not eat the pizza and those poor people are out the money they so kindly spent. You should be ashamed. Those responsible should be spoken to and fired.

Insanely overpriced for average pizza. If you’re from Michigan like me you know this type of pizza is common and does not cost $50 for two pizza like jets charges. Apparently they think they have the monopoly on Detroit style pizza here in Florida. $50 for two pizzas with 1 topping each and only 8 small slices per pizza.

My boyfriend and I just ordered Jets for dinner and had it delivered and WOW i never leave google reviews but I had to because I will never be ordering from another pizza place again! Jets you have my heart! First off the delivery driver was so nice and thanked us for ordering from them and second all of the food we got is absolutely incredible and delicious and so fresh/hot! The salad was incredibly fresh, the cheese sticks were delicious and i got Hawaiian deep dish pizza and it was so yummy!! Also the Jets Ranch is amazing! So happy i found this place can’t wait to order again soon!
