So this place has become my most favorite pizza, HOWEVER… I called and was on hold immediately like a robot answered and that lasted 12 minutes and the young girl working was completely clueless of why the phones weren’t working because apparently it never rang in the restaurant from the get go… also with everything being fresh I know I could never be able to sit and eat in Jets restaurant… The smell is definitely unique! If your a mom who cooks, which I am… To me it smells like raw meat…. But other then that the food and people were AMAZING!

I called to place an order and the girl said since you’re 67 you get a senior discount. I asked her how she knew my age and she said it was just a good guess. So my husband picked the pizza up he asked her how she knew and she said well your wife was a little confused with her order so I just guessed. Do you keep our ages in your computer and what else do you keep on that computer? On top of that I had ordered a gluten-free small pizza and it was so hard I could hardly bite into it. We love Jets but I’m not too sure now. It totally creeped me out .

Best pizza place in Milford. All the other’s can’t get your order correct or it’s a hassle. Andy has really improved this place. This is my go to place to not have a problem. He runs this place the right way and great customer service.

To me a true messure of a store isn’t how good the food is or being nice etc. That’s our job in retail. A true messure of how good a place is. Is when a mistake is made. The way the staff handles your complaint is important. 99 percent of the time this place is great. Tonight we had a problem and guess what I didn’t qet questions all I got was my problem fixed. Top notch. Easley one of my favorite places to get pizza. They fixed it fast and without making me “prove it”. Thanks folks for the service you guys mean a lot to me and my family.
