They changed the recipe or started buying low quality ingredients. The cheese is too rubbery and something is off with the dough. It has a gummy texture now. That, plus the poor customer service by the “all-teen’ staff has made them lose me as a customer after years of patronage.

Not the same pizza anymore. Either recipe changed, or pizza pans changed. All pizzas now have this very strange chewy and rubber like bottom. Literally like you’re biting into one of those rubber flip flops. Use to be the best pizza in town and now one of the worst. If you don’t believe me, just order a pizza and look at the bottom crust and pay attention to the texture, you’ll never order another pizza from jets again.

I was disappointed to pick my order up to see the young lady on her phone while cutting up my pizza, and phone on the prep table. And she picked up the phone while i was waiti g. So i seen this with my own eyes. Hair bang long no hair net for non of the young ladies with long hair. Management where are you? Your store about to go to the dump with this kind of Management. Phones should not be at the work station. Germ,germ. Smh and I will notify corporate. Another visit 2023 employee sitting on food work area while another employee made pizza, I asked him why sit on the counter while they’re preparing our food. He thought it was a joke. He got down I went to the car an got my phone and he sat back on the counter. Smh I spoke with a manager, and called the franchise owner. And I have the pictures to prove this jetts service is horrible wish I could post the pictures

Jets is arguably the best pizza (I think so), but honestly … it’s expensive. I only go there occasionally now. Although again, ‘arguably’ not the best, Little Caesars, Dominoes, and a few others are very good, and considerably less expensive. So I will patronize Jets, but no frequently. Also I’m disappointed they don’t do anything for Vets or retired military.

First time visiting. Super busy. I walked in for a slice and due to the overwhelming orders my order wasn’t made. After inquiring after 20 minutes, they were apologetic and offered a couple slice on them. I am in the customer service business so I know how demanding it can be so I wasn’t upset at all. This location is Very busy so I get it. The pizza was Excellent!!! Hot! Cheesy! Saucy! Yummy!

Placed our order for carry out at 7:26 PM. Was told it would be ready at 7:58. We went to pick it up at 8:00 and they said they would bring it out to our car. We waited until 8:28 for our pizza to finally come out. I called after 20 minutes of waiting and the young man on the phone said it would be ready in 25 minutes (!). I said are you sure since I placed the order before 7:30….when the pizza finally came it was barely warm and had clearly just been sitting there for awhile. We LOVE jets pizza but the service at this location is always like this. Not the first time it has taken an hour + to get a pizza…..
