The managers of this location will call and herass you when it’s a mistake on their end with receipts. Imagine them having your number and they call you another day bout a canceled order assuming it’s today and giving me trouble with her attitude problem and gets mad cause I gave her one back. Unprofessional herassing people and ghetto. This store needs to get their act together and fire the managers. Like litterally take out the trash already.

Couple things. Why do all young kids who work in service have to have ear phones in their ears at all times making it to where they can’t hear what I’m saying? Between that and the music being loud. Because of these 2 things I had to repeat my order of 2 subs 3 times because she couldn’t hear it understand me…..

BE WARE. Pray everything goes fine or they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. On Sept 11th. I placed an order. They got it wrong and were going to charge me more money. It became sooo frustrating that I said – “please reimburse me my money”. They gave me a receipt that did not reflect the credit and insisted their accounting works this way. On October 13th I checked my bank statements an no credit was ever given. I called back and spoke with the Manager John. Very nice and polite young man. How ever after nearly 40 minutes on the phone and finding my credit card and the order and that I never was REIMBURSED he said the owner would do further investigation. He’s only had over a month to investigate. All this hoopla for $24.59. I held back from putting in a bad review but after a month and playing this game the OWNER leaves me no choice. I said thank you for your help may he take it up with God. They seem to care more about money and stealing it than making things right. Be ware!!!

I spoke with James today who informed me that they wouldn’t deliver to my house which is 2.6 miles from the store. No problem , I will order it to go. James had other ideas and decided that the conversation was done and hung up. I called back and was greeted with a sarcastic “Yeah?”. You guessed it…it was my new friend James again delivering oh so great customer service. I asked why he hung up on me, to which he replied “the conversation was over, what did you want… To place an order to-go?” and then he hung up on me again. To respond to your question, James… At this point no, I will not trust you to make food for me. Not now, not ever. Please find other employment where you do not interact with the public.

Stupendous service. I come here with my friends and family all the time, and i have never left disappointed. Subs are freaky fast, as described, and very fresh. The bathrooms are the cleanest public bathrooms i have ever seen. This place definitely blows subway out of the water, not only in service, but in hospitality. I am greeted every time i come in and thanked every time i leave. Love this place and i will be returning

Ordered a sandwich 45 minutes ago. I called, and the guy who answered the phone said nothing when I said how long it had been. I asked him if I could expect my sandwich at any point. He said it was on the way. I live right across the street. I asked if this was normal. He didn’t say anything. I asked again, is this typical?He said no. I said so why am I still waiting? Silence. He finally said, “We don’t have much drivers” and hung up. Never ordering from here again. They do not care about customers at all.

There is one older lady there that is very rude and impatient. I will never come back to this location. There was a young gentleman at the counter that was trying to assist me and then she comes over and looks over his shoulder asking what do you want? Rude for no reason at all.

Service is outstanding and not to mention the best subs in town and the deliveries are no joke freaky fast like ka chow! The mangers are very friendly and show great customer service in the store and on the phones, very impressed with how the store was run and how clean it was all around! I go there almost every day and I still can’t get enough of there sandwiches!
