I had the most flavorful sandwich on the menu. It was okay, but not at all worth the $10+, and tasted like it had been frozen. If it was $5 I would consider it good value for the quality, but without competitive prices, Jimmy John’s won’t receive my business for a long time, which is unfortunate because I like the concept of their food.

This was my first time ever eating from Jimmy John’s. Probably the best customer service and best first experience I have had somewhere. The workers were able to help me and they were extremely nice. I mean I only got a ham and mayo sandwich but that was so good. I will definitely be coming back. There is one thing that wasn’t vibing for me and it was the smell inside. I don’t know it could have just been me but it didn’t smell very good. But otherwise great staff and great food

Came and ordered a combo between classes. When I filled up my drink the first time, I realized when taking my first drink that it had a dead bug in it. I showed one worker and asked for another cup, assuming it had just flown in the drink. When I refilled the cup I looked right away and, it had flakes of something black in it again. I explained to the worker that the machine clearly isn’t clean. No one came out to clean it even after someone after me had ordered a drink, so I went and said something again before that person filled up. The manager came out and looked with me, dismissed what I had seen and what I had showed the employee, and said they clean their ice machine once a week and the spouts every night. Obviously not very thoroughly. I’ve worked in food service and a dirty ice machine can make a lot of people sick, I was surprised how lax she was about it. When I worked at Pancheros years ago, they would have sent one of us to clean it immediately before that customer had a chance to leave, no matter how busy it is. I’m not sure if it was out of laziness or just lack of concern for the health of others. In the end she refunded me my drink, but did nothing to actually solve the problem and clean the machine. She said she would “keep an eye on it” which I took as wait for another complaint and maybe still not do anything. They have their own machine in the back so I’m not sure how she could keep an eye on anything unless she just felt one person pointing it out was insufficient, even though I showed the employee twice… If that’s how they address store cleanliness when people are watching, I’d hate to see what they do when no one is.
