I was so excited to try Jollibee since I haven’t had it since the Philippines. What a complete disappointment. The food was cold and Old, the lobby, chairs and tables were completely gross (the place was not busy at all), the food didn’t taste good and the trays they gave us were sticky and filthy and it looked looks they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I definitely do not recommend coming here, if you want fried chicken just go to Raising Canes down the street.

The lobby was pretty clean and the pies were hot and fresh, that’s about the only good thing I can say about this place. The girl at the counter missed half our order because she was conversing with someone on her earpiece instead of listening to me. Asked for extra napkins and was only given two extra, and they are 1 ply napkins, you seriously can’t spare more than two napkins lol??? Ordered spaghetti and they gave me palabok. Fries were cold. Bun on the chicken sandwich was rock hard. Fried chicken was decent. My coconut pineapple pie looked like someone took a sharpie and drew on it. The food has potential but service was non-existent.

No, no and no!!! Horrible……… chicken was barely warm, flavor was not great and soggy. Fries that I asked for fresh were limp. I threw most of it out.

Spicy chicken was surprisingly good. Filipino spaghetti was delicious. The wait was the only thing that really hindered the experience. It was roughly 40-45 minutes in line just to order.

Surpringsly good chicken and they upgraded the spaghetti since I’ve had it back in the Philippines. Def worth a try my new favorite fast chicken spot even though with the lines and slow service its hard to call this fast food, but it’s damn good. Get a to go pineapple juice makes a great drink if you throw in a little vodka when you get home! 😉

Stopped by for dinner (dined in). Having lived in the South the past few years, I was excited to visit a Jollibee. First no halo-halo (although I think they took that off the menu nationwide maybe?). I got the 2 pc dark spicy chicken with one side (fries). It came with the gravy sauce as well. The fries was good. The gravy was too salty. The chicken taste ok, but it was too dry (and tasted burnt a bit). But overall it was not a bad experience
